'thank God I was able to find more rope' I thought to myself
I rolled up the rope and had it around my shoulder as I went back to my search
I saw some flowers and picked some due to needing more
"This seems like a good place" said a voice ahead of me
I hid in an alleyway and saw some dude in all blue in front of a small store
'another robbery? Really?' I thought to myself 'don't think I'll need to use my quirk for this'
I walked up to him before grabbing him and throwing him into a lamppost
"W-what the hell!?" He yelled
I just stared at him, judging him. My hands turned into fist and raised them up ready for a fight
And that is what happened though in the end I did what I always do, tie them up and put a flower in between the rope and the body or just in-between the ropes
I dragged him over to the police station, knocked and then took my leave
Sometimes I take them straight to the station or just leave them where I found them

Got a call this morning saying that another 'villain' was caught aka in rope and what was left was a damn flower
This has been happening for a bit now, can't tell if this person is on our side or what?
Me and the other teachers speak about this from time to time due to some of them still being heros
"Another one?" said Venus who was sitting on the couch drinking some tea
"Yup another person just tied but, used my quirk to find out he was going to rob a place" explained
"So is he with us or?" Asked Kowalski
"Beats me, even if he is, what he is going is illegal" I said
"That is true" Robin said from his desk
"Yeah, thought I'd keep everyone here updated" I said
"It's nice to know so I can let my agency be on the look out" Avian with mood swing nodding
(Shino pov)
"Shino come over here" said Kol
I was sitting on the couch eating chips and got up and walked over "what's up?"
"Another person was found" Kol said
"Oh-oh! I heard the teachers talking about this dude" Flex spoke up
"Yeahhhh I mean makes our job a bit easier" Kol said
"H-how so?" Ana asked
"We are looking for the heros who are doing wrong, they are going after the Petty stuff" Kol explained
"I mean yeah, but we do that too sometimes and even go after lower Villains due to not ever Hero doing stuff at night or hell bad things" I said
"True but still" Kol said
"Maybe he could join us!" Flex said
"Ehhh maybe" Kol said
"Nice" flex said happily
After our small meeting we all headed back to our dorms
When I walked in I saw both Jake and Blake sleeping on one coach while Iris was sleeping on the smaller one
Kinda forgot that they were staying over though with how many people over I do have to be careful
I walked down the stairs when I heard a door open which was the bathroom door
"Uh- Shino?" Artemis looked confused "w-what are you doing?"
"I was just getting some water Arty" I smiled
"O-oh okay" he said
"What are you doing up?" I asked
He nervously laughed "I think you know why"
"Designing?" I asked
He laughed again "yeahhhhh"
"Arty you shouldn't be staying up doing this" I walked over to him
"I know I know" he said in defeat
"You better know, now go to sleep silly" I said walked to my door
"You too" He said walking to the stairs
I shut the door behind 'that was kinda a close one'
I walked over to my bed, took off my shoes and just went to bed
