At the Dragonspine base Aster, Rahima are Lev are almost done with the base.

Aster: Lev can your Electro make the reaction we need for this device?

Lev: Kinda, but it can only work for a bit considering it is just a Vision.

Aster is thinking and they conclude.

Aster: Qi-yi could help but, we need the convince her to help. How do you bring her from Inazuma to help power it up?

Rahima: She has been hanging with Tomo a lot so ask him.

All of them are finished with the frame of the portal needing strong Electro to activate the reaction.

Aster goes to Liyue to get Tomo so he can Qi-yi could help them out.

Aster: Is the Crux in port today?

Stevedore: Right now it is still on the port.

Aster: Thank you, sir.

Stevedore: You're welcome.

Aster: Now where is he?

While running Tomo and Aster accidentally run into each other.

Tomo: Aster? What do you need?

They tell Tomo about the situation and ask him to help.

Tomo: OK you need the portal to be powered up I'll see what I can do.

In Inazuma, Qi-yi is walking around seeing the alchemy table.

They both go to Liyue and then go to the base in Dragonspine. At the base, Qi-yi adds Electro power to the frame.

Tomo: Not bad there.

Qi-yi: (Blush) Thanks.

Rahima: Umm, before we activate this thing how about we invite some people?

Lev: I'll go to do that.

He convinced many characters to go to Dragonspine.

Aster: Now we can activate it. Get ready to see a dimension beyond.
