The SDC bullhead that had Marlen and the Schnee's was still in the air flying to Beacon until Willow asked a question.

Willow: Mr. Xaver...

Willow: You said you were going to arrest Jacques, correct?

Marlen: Zat is right.

Willow took a pause as the trio looked at her.

Willow looked like she was about to cry, with a few tears leaking out until Marlen walked over to her wiping them.
