CHAPTER 4 - MISSION FAIL

Kyle's POV

I saw the same girl who slapped me standing in front of the storage room, she looked different even in her messy and tacky clothes she looked ...... Pretty

Wth is wrong with me

I gather all my frustration thinking of that night and pull here in the storage room. She looked scared.. it made me back down a lil but i had to do it but when she mentioned that night again my frustration came over me again and i shouted at her ...

I didn't have the guts to look at her - i dont know where was all this coming from - i just walked out the room

I know it wasn't such a big deal but there were people there who knew me especially few of my friends and rivals ... I had to maintain my image and show her where her place was ...

Ava's POV

As soon as I heard Paige i ran to her and told her my encounter with Kyle. She froze and said i was done for.

She patted on my back convincing me not to give up and went to the cafeteria for lunch.

We sat on our usual table and Kyle was there with a random girl on his lap - typical kyle - i was really anxious that my legs were all shaky ... Kyle's saw me shaking my legs in anxiously and smirked at me and then continued talking to his friends

I cudnt take it anymore and went outside the cafeteria leaving Paige there who was busy drooling over Chris !

School ended and i stayed away from Kyle

Paige ran over to me and we walked home together

" Hey Ava ummm.. i have something to tell you " she said looking nervous

"What is it"

"Uhh i might have agreed going to Chris's birthday party and getting you with me also " she said in a nervous laugh and slowly getting away from me

"YOU WHAT !? " i lost my mind

" I'm sorry Ava ... It's just that it was the first time Chris talking to me and i was so lost in his eyes that i agreed i mean his muscles , his pretty face an-" she got carried away

"PAIGE ! CHRIS IS KYLE'S BESTFRIEND... THAT MEANS KYLE WILL BE THERE TOO "

"I'm sorry but what's the point of hiding from him, he's already caught you " ya great consolation "if you keep hiding from him he'll really think he got power over you so don't let him do that" i dont know why but after hearing what she said i got some freaking hidden confidence from within me and decided to show Kyle that I'm not afraid of him.

"I'm soooo sorry i dont kn-" i cut her off saying "I'll go, when is it ?"

"I- wait what you'll go !? Are you serious?"

"Yep, when is it " i asked confidently

"Sunday night" she replied in a confused way

That when my phone buzzed . There was a message

??? : hey sugar, can't wait to see you on Sunday.

As soon as I read the text i understood who it was - KYLE !

Me : who did you get my number ?

Kyle : i have my ways sugar ;)

I ignore the text and turn off my phone - ughh this guy and the nicknames he calls me just gives me butterflies.. I'd melt right way if he said my name

Wait what - butterflies !?
