Meant To Be (COMPLETED)

CHAPTER 3 - OOPS

I wake up in a happy and calm mood - looking at my clock which said 6:30 and my school didn't start till 7:25 so i was relaxed but that's when i got the flashback of the previous night. The calmness on my face just disappeared and i started panicking!

That's when i heard a thud on my door and heard Paige shouting - "AVA FREAKING CLARKSON OPEN UP!" Damn that scared me

I went running downstairs opening the door and we ran towards my room. She begun bulldozing my wardrobe and was talking to herself in stress

"Wear this" she said handing me a black hoodie and black jeans - "what is this for ?" i ask confused

" Well if you go to school all jumpy in beautiful clothes - KYLE WILL OBVIOUSLY RECOGNISE YOU STUPID ! So wear this, the hoodie will help you hide your face" she said with anger, stress and i dont know what else

"I'll look like a robber dude..can't I wear something else Paige?" I begged those clothes wud make me so suspicious

"No" she completely denied

"But,-"

"No"

"Just ca-"

"Ava no"

"Plea-"

"I said no Ava, he's gonna be after you get dressed I'm waiting downstairs" she said and left the room before i could nag some more.

I quickly wore my clothes, gulped some juice and went outside. We walked silently until we reached school.

As soon as we reached we looked at each other, nodded *mission - stay away from Kyle * i put my hoodie on and we went inside..

But guess what - technically god hates me - as soon as I was about to enter the corridor, i saw Kyle, yes Kyle leaning on the lockers with Katey - who had both her hands on his shoulder - and his best friend Chris ... Tbh he was cute too with brown hair and hazel eyes but Paige had dibs on him soooo..

I had my eyes on Kyle when he suddenly looked at me and i quickly covered my face with my hair and walked as fast as i could to the class... Paige didn't know about Kyle standing there...

I sat on my seat and tried to distract my mind with my workbook.

But guess what - as i said god hates me - KYLE ENTERED THE CLASS... He freaking had the same class with me NOOOOO I'm ded alrdy :(

I covered my face with the book i had and Paige was looking at both of us turn by turn in shock

I didn't dare to even peep but after sometime i collected my guts and to my freaking surprise

KYLE WAS SITTING RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME !

I was hiding my face with the book the whole class and as soon as it got over i ran outside!!!

I stopped running when i thought that i was far away from class and Kyle was nowhere to be seen ... My phone rang which shook me to death - it was Paige -

"Bruh Ava that was damn close, where are you" she asked

I looked around and answered ," near the supplies room" i said getting all shaky

"Oki, Mr. Alfred told me to keep his books in the staff room so wait there I'll be there soon "

"Alr make it -" suddenly someone pulled me in the storage room and pushed me to the wall lightly, the room had only one bulb switched on so it was dim but i froze when i saw KYLE in front of me ..

"Ahh i finally found you, who knew we were in the same school" he smirked giving a scary look

"Ava?" Paige called out my name through the phone , yep i forgot to decline it so i quickly did so and kept the phone in my back pocket.

"Hmm so your Ava, glad to meet you "  he said in a scary way and shivers ran down through my spine when he said my name

I tried to escape but he trapped me by keeping his hand on the wall blocking me and leaned closer to me until he was right infront of my face. I lost my voice and forgot how to breathe

He looked at me up to down and paused in between looking at my lips for a second, " black clothes hmmm someone was trying to hide..huh that means you knew who i was ? Lost your voice sweety?"

I gulped and said, "K-Kyle i-im sorry I slapped y-you" but saying this even made it worse.

"DONT YOU EVEN MAKE ME REMEMBER THAT !" He shouted coming a little more closer while i was looking down ... I didn't have the strength to even look at him, "No one has ever dared to do so, ha, well i can't let this go away so easily"

Those words 'i won't let you go easily' caught my breadth "i-im sorry, you asked me to come to the room with you so i freaked out!" I spat it on his face stupid mouth

"Oh so now you put it on me honey ? " I nod meaning to say no "just wait n watch little girl what I'm gonna do to you"

He went back and smirked with a little scary laugh and went out the room.

My knees went week and i slid down the wall and sat on the floor thinking what to do and thats when i heard Paige calling out my name from outside.
