More and more strange cases appear with symptoms that seem to be linked to the fictional thing called the omegaverse. Though with new research it is proving to exist due to a new plant that has grown all across the world. This plant gives off a toxin researchers named primaloxide. It triggers the primal instinct in mobians which sets up the base of the omegaverse.
Researchers and scientists have worked together to find a chemical reaction that declares what group a mobian is part of; alpha, beta, or omega. Due to this, the government is scheduling everyone to be tested.
