A little note from me

God loves you...

God loves you, he does. The bible assures us of that in John 3:16 a very popular verse of which am sure everyone knows about..

"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life"

The world here is 'you and I'. God sent his only begotten son to die for us, that we might live and have life more abundantly (eternal life). He didn't come into this world with sin, he came without sin, he lived pure "who did no sin, neither was guile found in his mouth" 1Peter 2:22 but because of the love he had for us he bare our sins upon himself and died for us. An everlasting atonement even for the unborn

"Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed" 1Peter 2:24

He loves you and me, that is why he did it. Look at what Jesus said in the bible before his death on the cross

"Greater love hath no man than this that a man lay down his life for his friends" John 15:13

I tell you there is no one on this planet earth that loves you more than God does. Not even the person you think has your best interest at heart. No human loves you more than God does.

Imagine a love where we crucified his only begotten son and is still crucifying him daily with our sinful lifes but he is still loving us...

Some people ask "what kind of a powerful God could not save his son from the death of the cross?"
He did it because of you and me. That death poured down unmerited favour upon us. Grace. That grace that we have now which we take for granted Jesus gave it to us through his death. It's that grace that is keeping us from receiving the penalty of our sins while on earth. All this he did because he loves me and you, he wants us to come to him.
God's love is indescribable, unconditional, pure. You cannot begin to comprehend it....

There are some of us out there who has gone through severe pain in there lives, are still going through it right now and they blame God for it, "why will God allow such a thing to happen?" I do not know but believe me it's not God's fault. God is not a cruel God. God is love. He sees and knows what is happening, yes he is aware but he is waiting for you to come to him. Seek him and you will find him

"For thus saith the lord that after seventy years be accomplished at Babylon I will visit you, and perform my good word toward you, in causing you to return to this place
For I know the thoughts that I think towards you, saith the lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you an expected end.
Then shall ye call upon me and ye shall go and pray unto me, and I will hearken unto you
And ye shall seek me and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart
And I will be found of you saith the lord and I will turn away your captivity" Jeremiah 29:10-14

He wants you to come to him, to seek him and he will heal you and make you whole. I will use myself as an example, I have been a Christian my whole life but I never took God seriously. It was at the point of my life where I was totally broken that I sought God. He opened His arms for me, took me in and made me whole.

Certain things happen and it's aim is to draw us closer to God. God allows such things to happen so that we would come to know him. If I didn't come to that point of brokkeness in my life I would still be living like I used to, casting God aside.

Some happen for our own good.
"All things happen for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose" Romans 8:28 If Joseph wasn't sold away by his brothers he wouldn't have ended up as the governor of Egypt being used by God.
