That two wishes

Tapping the end of the cigarette stick, they both watch it burn and the ashes fall on to ashtray.

"Dear?" Irene raises her eyebrow, looking at his eyes.

"Hmm?" He hummed before taking off the cigarette on his lips.

"Diba, may promise ka?" Irene said, sighing.

"Ha?" Greggy look at her cluelessly. Since all the promise she want, he's doing it.

"Yung yosi mo." She answered, rolling her eyes.

"Sabi mo kasi pag 35 ka na titigil ka na sa kaka yosi mo." She added.

"It's not that easy, dear." Greggy answer.

"Hindi ko naman sinabi agad agad, kahit paunti unti sana." Irene rolled her eyes.

"Oh? I'm trying naman ah?"

"Bahala ka nga diyan, ikaw na nga tong pinagsasabihan." Irene stand up.

"Okay, I'll quit." He said for nth time so Irene doesn't know if he's really gonna quit it.

They're having a two children now, ever since they're lovers Greggy repeatedly said that he gonna drop his smoking habbit.

But, months passes he just can't, and he did not even try about leaving it behind.

Irene is spending her time with her sister, Imee.

"May sasabihin ako manang." She started.

"Ano?" Imee look at her.

"Buntis na naman ako eh." She bluntly said, but Imee choke on her tea.

"Irene?"

Irene just chuckled, "Ano? Para namang first time Manang." She rolled her eyes.

"Kasi naman eh, mag sasabi ng ganon ma parang normal." Imee answer.

"Hindi ba normal?" Irene said. "Pero may isa kasi akong problema."

"Ano yan? Di si Greggy ang ama?"

"Manang!"

"Ano nga?" She asked again.

"Yung sa sigarilyo ni Greggy." She answered.

"Sus binata pa lang yun naninigarilyo na." She answered, "And wala namang mapapatay kaka yosi." She added.

"Manang yung mga kasama niya kasi ang apektado kung hindi siya." Irene sigh.

"Alam ko naman, talk to him."

"Ilang talk ba ang need?" Irene just drink a smoothie.

"Grabe talaga bisyo ng asawa mo ano?" Imee commented, "Di ko pa nakita yun nalasing kahit grabe ang inom."

Irene look at her, she chuckled.

"If alam mo lang manang kung paano siya umakyat ng hagdan, kung paano niya iwan yung susi sa ibabaw ng kotse at hahanapin."

"Oo, sobrang tino noh?" She said instead.

Greggy went home but he can't find Irene, "Where's Irene?" He asked the two kids.

"The maid said she went to tita Imee." Alfonso answered.

"Kakauwi niyo lang?" He asked hugging the two boys.

"Yes."

"No."

Greggy look at the two boys, "Yes they do sir. Sir Luis waiting for someone earlier." The driver answer.

"Alexandra?"

"Yes daddy." He answered.

"You should text us if something happened like that na ma-late kayo makauwi so we are aware ha."
