I asked politely.
I even said please.
There's only
230 pages in this book.
So I have about 49 pages left.
So hopefully that
Officer really did ask
About another notebook.
There's no harm
In it anyways,
It's just a book
Filled with empty pages,
Waiting to be filled
With ink
And led.
If I don't get a
New notebook,
I might just have
To write all over the walls!
