you just always had bad luck and now it was coming to get not only you but the narrator
you had been dating for a while and you went for a kiss
then the adventure line came over and interrupted the two of you
then you went on a another date and were going to kiss though this time your date was in the museum
"aww" you heard the curator say before you even kissed
you both stopped not liking being watched
things like this just kept happening
from things dropping or someone interrupting you
you just couldn't kiss
this was a night of just you and the narrator
you were watching a movie in your room
the two of you snuggled up on the couch with a blanket
at the end of the movie the two of you go in for a kiss to end off the night
and nothing stops you
not the adventure line
not the curator
not stanley
not some random object
it was perfect
after you kissed you had the biggest smile
"i'm sorry" the narrator says
"for what?" you asked him confused
he chuckles nervously
"for a lot of times before we kissed i would get so nervous and then in turn something would happen to stop it" he explains
you laugh
"so you've been the one stopping our kiss?"
"yes, even though i didn't really mean to, because i'm connected to the parable it would just happen" he explained
"ah, one question though" you started
"yes?" he says in response
you chuckle
"that was just the curator and not anything to do with you, yes?" you ask
he chuckles too
"yes, the only one i can have do what i want is the adventure line though that doesn't always work" he said somewhat annoyed and amused
"i could tell with the first time you showed the adventure line" you say snickering at the memory
from that day on you had very few times where you were interrupted
the only times it would happen is when stanley the adventure line or the curator was there for whatever reason
