I had no idea what was in store for me. All I knew was that Lorenzo had planned something special for us, and that was enough to make my heart skip a beat.
As we drove up to the luxurious estate, I could feel my excitement growing. This was going to be something special.
We walked through the gardens, hand in hand, and I couldn't help but feel like I was living in a fairytale. The sun was setting, casting a warm glow over everything, and the air was filled with the scent of roses and lavender.
As we approached the grand entrance, Lorenzo turned to me, his eyes shining with love.
"Lynn, there's something I need to ask you," he said, his voice soft.
I looked at him, my heart pounding in my chest. What was he going to say?
And then, I saw them. Our parents, Scarlet, and Rave, all waiting for us at the end of the pathway.
My heart swelled with joy. Lorenzo had gathered everyone we loved in one place, just for us.
As we walked towards them, I could feel the tears starting to well up in my eyes. This was it. The moment I had been waiting for.
Lorenzo took my hand and led me towards the center of the garden, where a table was set up with candles and flowers.
"Lynn, you are the love of my life," he said, his voice shaking with emotion. "From the moment I met you, I knew that you were the one for me. You have brought so much love and light into my life, and I can't imagine a future without you."
He got down on one knee, and my heart felt like it was going to burst out of my chest.
"Lynn, will you do me the honor of becoming my wife?" he asked, holding out a ring.
Tears streamed down my face as I looked at the ring. It was the most beautiful thing I had ever seen, just like the man who was asking me to marry him.
"Yes, Lorenzo, I will," I said, my voice barely above a whisper.
And then, our families and friends started to cheer. They had been in on the surprise all along, and I couldn't believe how much love and support surrounded us.
As I looked into Lorenzo's eyes, I knew that this was just the beginning. The rest of our lives were stretching out before us, filled with love, laughter, and adventure.
And as we walked towards our future, hand in hand, I knew that I had found my happily ever after.
