caretakers for a day [slug x white hat]

~dr. slug's pov~

I finished a ray white hat asked me to make it was supposed to turn anyone shot with it into a kid it helps the hero by making it to where the villain can't continue what they were doing. When the villain is a child they will act like they did as a kid and look like they did as one even clothing would change to fit better and when turned back they won't really remember what happened though they will look like they normally do. The effects last up to a week at most, it was a decent idea. I stand up and walk towards white hat's office I didn't knock since it was only me, nipcat, and white hat in the manor since 606 and clementia where on a mission that should last around 2 weeks if successful. "Your invention is complete not tested but complete" I say in a very monotone voice "Oh that's great! but who shall we test it on?" White hat replys smiling a large inhuman smile "Hmm" I hummed while thinking then got a Idea. "NIPCAT!!!!!!!!!!!" I called turning around to face the door as  nipcat our medic with no emotion walks in. "Y-" he starts "hold still" I cut off his sentence pointing the ray gun at him. I shoot Nipcat and a large cloud of smoke surrounds him after a few seconds me and white hat hear a cat whimpering which was odd since the only cat was nipcat but he never showed any emotion even if he did which was very rare it was only annoyence. The smoke cleared and we see nipcat as a small child his back turned to us he was covered in bloody bandages scars and injuries he was wimpering probably from pain but we noticed something was around his head pretty tightly I might add he also had a shock collar on no shirt he was really only wearing shorts from what we could see and his ear which normally showed a bite mark on it was covered in bloody bandages. Me and white hat walked closer to him quietly to not startle him since he could still hurt us he did have a deadly bite and very sharp claws.

~white hat's pov~

I place a hand on slug's shoulder noticing he was frozen in shock before he snapped out of it and we both walked a bit closer to nipcat. I reach my hand out and put it on nipcat's shoulder letting go of slug's nipcat jumps and quickly turns around only back up still sitting on the floor he was shaking clearly scared he had on a metal mussle with no holes in it I also noticed that we could see his other eye now I didn't expect his other eye to a golden color since the eye that normally shows [his fur covers one of his eyes normally] was blood red. both me and slug also noticed he was on the edge of tears and probably couldn't breathe due to there being no air holes in mussle. Slug walks closer and nipcat puts his arms up in a defensive way as if he was gonna get hit in the face I walk up behind slug and wisper to him "He's scared maybe we should back up a little or try to take off his mussle before helping with the injuries" Slug nods and steps back nipcat puts one of his arms down but he still had one arm up and he was shaking a little bit less I think he might be scared of Slug. "Hey there it's okay we won't hurt you!" I say getting closer nipcat was still scared but stayed frozen lost in thought for a little bit. I take off the mussle only for nipcat to start coughing up blood worried I pick him up walk over to slug grab his hand and walk off to the medical room [aka nipcat's room which looks the same as catnip's just different colors] I set nipcat on the medical bed he was covering his mouth with his paws trying to stop the blood from spilling out. I look around for a med kit or something that could help him.

~dr. slugs pov~

'shit he was cute when he grabbed my hand-' I was thinking about white hat quietly before I noticed we arrived and went to attempt to calm down nipcat who was whimpering again. "hey hey hey calm down nipcat-" I say in a monotone voice nipcat gives me a questionable look before moving his paws slightly and asking "W-who is nipcat s-sir i-i'm 00254" he then flinched harshly before saying quickly "O-oh s-sorry for speaking without permission s-sir" nipcat said placing his paws back into the same way they were before talking. "nobody and you don't need permission to speak" I say coldly walking off to help white hat leaving nipcat to his thoughts. "found anything?" I ask walking to the area white hat was at blushing a little under the bag when he turned around with a cute smile on his face "yup!" he said before going over to nipcat. I followed behind and helped out with changing the bandages on his ear, torso, arms, head, and legs. after words white hat shows me and nip- i mean 00254 a picture of someone who looked like 00254 just a little older and with less injuries along with a flower in his fur next to one of his ears. "do one of you two know who this is?" he asks with a curious look 00254 perks up a little and says in a slightly happy tone "that's m-my older brother 00255 sir!" nobody knew he had a brother but then again nipcat and I were more mysterious than any of the others.

~white hat's pov~

The fact that nipcat had a older sibling was interesting to me and slug seemed a little intervened on the thought as well.

~time skip sorryyyyyy~

nipcat and slug fell asleep shortly after slug was on a chair near the bed nipcat was on I took the opportunity to kiss slug on the top of his paper bag before picking him up and bringing to my bedroom where I eventually fell asleep cuddling him in bed. When we woke up nipcat was normal again though the hole day I still blushed a blue blush due to waking up only to see slug cuddling me back as I was nuzzled into his chest the thing was though slug was already awake and had been for a while.

A/N: Heyyyy so yeah I kinda rushed on this story but it did include cute slug x white hat moments and gave you a little bit of Nipcat's past this was kinda rushed since my laptop is about to die but I wanted to finish this story but I hope you enjoyed it! and please put your requests in the comments I need more ideas [i get writer's block easily]
