This is Athena, Greek goddess of wisdom, war strategy and defense. She's known to have aided several mythical heroes like Perseus, Hercules, Jason, etc. She's also a goddess of weaving, as shown in the myth of Arachne and therefore why arachnophobia is a thing (thanks bro).
