Frank and Grace pretty much spent as much time as possible with Noah at the hospital. He broke a leg and had surgery on his shoulder from the accident.
Noah has been getting texts and phone calls from his friends and family asking if he is okay.
Frank and Grace brought him coffee and some food, knowing he doesn't like hospital food.
Noah thanked them for the coffee and food. He took a sip of the coffee and opened the bag containing a bagel with cream cheese in it.
"Feeling better, buddy?" Frank asked.
"A little," Noah said, "but my body still hurts."
"Scott said he'll stop by later," Frank said.
Noah took a bite from his bagel.
"Did they tell you when you can leave the hospital?" Grace asked.
"Um, they said another night," Noah said. "I can leave after the doctor checks in at nine in the morning.
"Great," Frank said, relieved. "We'll get here around nine to get you."
Noah nodded.
The nurses came every couple of hours to check in on everything.
Scott came to check in on Noah.
He brought lunch for them to eat.
Frank and Grace stayed with Noah at the hospital the entire day. Frank had a few meetings on Zoom either relating to his own work or about Grace and self-tape auditions that she sent in for different roles that she auditioned for.
The next day, Frank and Grace picked Noah up from the hospital after the doctor came in, explained what he'd have to do to recover from his injuries and everything he'd need, and headed home.
It was nice being back home after being at the hospital for a couple of days. He really missed his old bedroom.
Some of Noah's friends stopped by the house to check in on Noah after the accident. They would've visited Noah at the hospital but the only people that were allowed in the room were everyone quarantined with Noah over covid. Scott had moved mid-way through quarantine and was still living with them.
Frank and Scott helped Noah up to his bedroom and he laid on his bed when they got home.
Noah was told not to overdo it and just relax until he fully recovered.
