"What are you doing here Hubert."
"I should be asking you that. What is this?"
"It's none of your business, leave."
"No! You've been avoiding me all week and now your avoiding my question. I ask you again, What is this?" I felt betrayed by him, how could he hide this from me?!
"It's Nothing Hubert. Leave. Now." He lowered his weapon a little,
"Not until you tell me what this is." I jumped at him taking him by surprise,
"Hubert! Get off!" He tried to shove me off but my grip was too strong,
"Was the proposal just a cover up for this?! Did you ever love me?!" At this point I felt my heart shattering from the words,
He seemed to hesitate, I already knew the answer was yes but I couldn't believe it
"WAS IT ALL JUST A LIE?!" Something flashed in Billiam's eyes and he looked me dead in the eyes before saying
"Yes."
3rd person
Hubert always knew that their love was a lie, But he had loved that lie so much he thought of it as true, now it's coming back to stab him in the back,
This wasn't some fairytale, the rich and the poor don't just fall in love and live a happy life like that,
He should have never fell for Billiam, should have never tried to be close to the other,
Today was the day that Hubert would find it hard to look at Billiam, it's the day he would start hating him, it was also the day he would die thinking that Billiam didn't love him.
In truth Billiam had and always will love him, but he didn't know how to show it,
He had only said yea because he didn't want the egg to hurt Hubert, but he didn't know that he would end up getting hurt anyways,
Hubert
"I. Hate. You." I felt hot tears rolling down my cheeks and I couldn't hold it in anymore,
"I can't believe I ever thought you would love me, this isn't some fairytale the rich and the poor don't mix. I was just a fool for your love. I should have never loved you, I wish I never meet you." I got up and walked towards to door,
"Hubert I-"
"Save it!" Just before i could start shouting again I felt pain in my stomach, I looked down to see a red vine sticking through it,
"HUBERT!" I saw Billiam running towards me, and I just smiled sadly,
"I hate you." His face was the last thing I saw before passing out.
