I wanna start off by wishing Techno a happy late birthday and also everyone a happy pride month, I had to take care of some personal problems before I could update again please forgive me, I don't want to drag this book out any longer then it already is so this will be the last chapter

Hubert

The last thing I saw was Billiam's face leaning over my body, Next time I awoke I was in a bed,

"Your awake." I looked over and saw Billiam sitting in a nearby chair watching me

I turned away from him and tried to get out of the bed, but he grabs my hand and yanks me back down

"Why were you down there? You weren't supposed to see that." I was glaring at him now

"What were you doing down there?"

"I asked first. Answer the question Hubert."

"Does it matter?"

"Yes. Answer the question"

I yanked my hand away from him, and got up out of the bed walking out.

"You can't just walk away from this conversation!" He came after me but I ignored him,

"Hubert." I turned to look at him

"What?!"

"Talk to me, why were you down there I told you not to go down"

"Why didn't you tell me that there was a huge egg in the basement, Better question why are you going to it ever god damn day?!"

"It was to keep you, Ranboo and Connor safe."

"Why is it there if it's not safe Billiam?"

"Because it's been there for generations, and now that you know about the egg you will serve it or die" he pulled me closer to him,

"Or what? You're going to kill me?"

"I would have no choice..." I stared at him in horror,

"Now is that a yes or no?" I thought about Ranboo and Connor being left here with this Monster and I can't bring myself to say no.

"Fine."

"Fine?" He looked at me weirdly

"Fine."

"I knew you would see things my way." He started dragging me toward the west wing again,

"On one condition."

"Oh? Do tell me Hubert what is your condition?"

"You will never and I mean never drag Ranboo or Connor into this mess."

"I swear it." I don't believe him.

"Where are you taking me?"

"To the egg." He keeps dragging me along with him.

"Alright."

Once we got to the basement he let go of me, and spoke to the egg. I didn't pay attention to what he was saying all I could think about was the betrayal I felt,

"-Bert" I snapped out of my our thoughts when I heard him calling me

"Hubert? Are you feeling okay?"

"Yes. Let's get this over with," I walked over to him

"Repeat after me, I Hubert wastake, swear to serve and be loyal to the egg until I die." I looked him in the eyes signaling that I did not want to do this
