Chapter 69: A man thirsty for revenge

Two years. Two years, Mark was waiting to take his revenge, he knew he was guilty the day he realized that the one who ran over his wife and son was close to the policeman. Mark is now in a stage of no turning back, he wants to keep the promise that made it to Jessie, he wants him to suffer as his family has suffered, as he has suffered for two years. He could see the police cars from afar, siren on, he smiles mischievously knowing that he is not far from him, he picks up speed to try to catch up with him before Sergeant Rodriguez and his men.

"Will, pull over! you're screwed! you're only making things worse by running away!" Said Sergeant Rodriguez into the megaphone. They're on the highway, full of police cars and vans trying to follow Will's car, which doesn't seem to want to stop. A 4x4 truck comes at full speed between the police cars, Rodriguez looks at the owner of the 4x4 and realizing that it is Mark Calaway, he watches as Sergeant Rodriguez glares, filled with rage and revenge. "No..don't do that.." Rodriguez whispered watching Mark who refocuses on the road and picks up his speed to catch up with Will first. "Go!!" Shouted to his sidekick who was driving, wanting to catch up with Mark and Will.

Mark could see Will's car, as soon as he turned right, Mark had no trouble following him at all. When Will took the direction of a main road with abandoned buildings, Mark once again had no trouble following him, which annoyed him. You cannot escape a man who is thirsty for revenge. Mark stops the car when he sees Will stop his and runs towards an abandoned building but restarts the car, racing towards the large wooden door of the building. He gets out of his 4x4 calmly and looks at Will who is on the ground after being hit by Mark's car. Will looks at him in fear knowing what an enraged man could do. "Mark..T..Taker..please.." Will begged before Mark kicked him in the stomach as Will writhed in pain, coughed. "I waited two years.." Mark said dangerously, looking coldly at Will, a smile that could scare a lion.

"Two years! you hear me?!" He shouted before punching him in the face as hard as he had to break Will's teeth. Mark goes to open his trunk and takes some stuff from his trunk before returning to Will who is still down. Mark throws down a rope and has a baseball bat in his hands. "I've waited so long to be able to use this for whoever ruined my life!" He yelled at Will before batting him but Will tries to run away from the mad man, Mark walks towards him quietly, taking his time. "Are you going to run away?" Mark asked amused as he tried to run but no way out, Will leaned against a wall to stand up.

"You know today, my son should have been 6 years old.." Mark said walking dangerously towards Will then going to put his hand around his neck. "And today will be the day you will die suffering as they suffered!" He says before throwing him down, still holding his baseball bat, Will tries to breathe as best he can. "Tak..Taker...please.." He begged scared of Mark who has a killer look, wanting to hurt and kill. "Please what?" Said Mark almost shouting, Will tried to speak but Mark hit him hard with a baseball bat in the ribs. "PLEASE WHAT!?" he shouted when Will took a moment to respond, clutching the bat in his hands as hard as his forearm veins showed.

"Don...don't kill me..." Will finally said, having blood on his face from Mark's punch, he also thinks he has broken ribs too. Mark looks in disgust at what he asks him. "Do not kill me?" Mark repeats what Will said in disgust before punching him again. Will looks at him before trying to crawl, Mark continues to walk behind him quietly. Will stops and turns to look at him when he's up against a post. "I..I didn't mean to kill them..give me a chance.." Will begged, Mark hits him in the legs as hard as the sound of breaking bones was heard, Will cried pain, which makes Mark smile. "Do you deserve life? Do you think you deserve to stay alive after what you've done?" Said Mark screaming and looking at Will dying in pain. "You killed three people including a child in cold blood, you destroyed two families and you want to live?! I won't let you live!" he says before banging his head hard against the post before taking the rope and tying him sitting against the post. Mark grabs his head forcing him to look him in the eye." See you in hell man!" he said before going to his car and revving the engine wanting him to die like he killed his family.
