BTS ended their four days long concert and were now preparing for their well-deserved break. All the members were gathered in their dorm room, discussing their plans for the break. Their small meeting was disturbed when Daesuk opened the door peeping through the gap.
"Jungkook, I need to talk to you," he said, tilting his head indicating him to come out.
Jungkook came out of the room closing the door behind them. "What happened Mr Kang?" he asked.
"Jungkook, the girl is awake," Daesuk said sounding relieved. "So, the officer handling the case wants to talk to you, along with the girl. I want you to come to the hospital with me, now."
"Give me two minutes, Mr Kang," Jungkook said, excited. He went to his room to grab his go-to outfit and went to the parking area where Daesuk was waiting for him.

After reaching the hospital, both of them meet with Jungwoo, who took them to the room the girl was admitted.
As they entered the room Jungkook saw the girl half seated in the hospital bed and Dr Choi was checking her. Jungkook saw another man standing near the window, hands folded.
Jungwoo took both, Jungkook and Daesuk, to that person. "Mr Jeon, Mr Kang, this is Park Du Shik. Mr Park, this is Jeon Jungkook and Kang Daesuk."
The guy who was about the same height as Jungkook turned around. He was wearing a white T-shirt with black checks blazer. His hair was neatly parted so that it sat just above his eyes. He looked at Jungkook with a mixture of emotions.
"Mr Jeon, Park Du Shik is the patient's guardian. He called yesterday night to lodge a missing complaint about Lily. I have explained the whole case to him. He has agreed to cooperate." Jungwoo said.
"Mr Park, Lily is completely fine now." Dr Choi announced grabbing everyone's attention. It was the first time Jungkook heard her name.
"Lily," he repeated in a low voice.
Du Shik went to Lily slowly, knowing very well that she may hate him for what happened the previous night. Chances are she may never forgive him. But he had made up his mind to get her back at all costs.
Du Shik expected Lily to scream at him, and throw a tantrum for hurting Jungkook, but her reaction was nothing that he expected.
"Du Shik, why did you leave me? See now, I am in this situation because of you," Lily said pouting.
"I...." Du Shik could not say a word. He was scared that if he spoke anything he would mess up everything. He felt a hand on his shoulder and turned towards his side to see Officer Jungwoo asking for permission to question Lily so that they can finish the case quickly.
"Officer, the guy who caused the accident has been caught. So, Lily's part of the case has been solved so I guess there is nothing to question her," he said, afraid that any of this investigation can make things worst.
"Mr Park, I understand your concern. But I will assure you it will be quick and we will never be a problem to you again," Jungwoo said and proceeds to question Lily.
"Hello Lily, I am Lee Jungwoo. I am here to investigate the accident case. I want you to tell me everything that happened that night." Jungwoo said calmly not to scare Lily.
"That night I was on my way to pick up my parents from the airport when Du Shik called me. I got distracted and then a truck came out of nowhere and hit me. That's all I remember," Lily said trying to remember anything after that.
Everyone in the room looked at each other blankly because this was not the answer they were expecting.
"Lily, Officer Lee is asking about what happened two nights ago," Du Shik said with wide eyes.
"This is what happened," Lily said strongly but still kind of confused.
"What's wrong with you? You are telling the accident that happened four years ago," Du Shik said kind of annoyed and left the room.
Jungkook took this opportunity to talk to Du Shik and followed him outside. He had to know what was Lily talking about. Daesuk also followed both of them.
"Doc? " Jungwoo turned to Mr Choi for answers.
Dr Choi took scanning reports of Lily and studied them once again. After a few minutes, he asked Lily, "Lily, I am going to ask you just one question."
Lily nodded not knowing what was happening.
"What year is this, Lily?" he asked.
"2019" Lily answered without a second thought. Dr Choi and Jungwoo both looked at each other unable to process this unexpected situation.
"Lily, rest for now. I will be back later," Dr Choi said motioning Jungwoo to follow him outside.

OUTSIDE THE ROOM
"Why did you burst out of the room so abruptly?" Jungkook questioned Du Shik, who was standing there with his hands crossed.
"That's none of your business," Du Shik said rolling his eyes, not even acknowledging that he is an idol.
"Look, there is someone out there who wants to hurt me and we need Lily's help to find out about him," Jungkook tried to reason out. But Du Shik could not let that happen, he just sighed closing his eyes.
"I am responsible for Lily's safety if that is what you are concerned about," Jungkook said trying to convince him.
"She is hurt because of you," Du Shik said turning to Jungkook. His eyes were ready to shoot a laser beam, if possible.
"What is Lily to you?" Jungkook asked curious about their relationship.
"She is my fiancé," Du Shik announced with a tone that showed dominance.
