With Ochako she started dating Awase due to Awase being a father figure to Micheal right now they not got married as she is having a child on the way. With Awase as he dated Ochako he brought her and her family out of the debut they were in after they paid Izuku the damages.
Right now Izumomo is having a fantastic life together as they still love each other even threw hardships.
