Chapter 10-The Date

Niall's POV

OH MY GOD! She said yes she said fudging yes and today is the day. I have everything planned out but what to wear.

"LIAAAAMMM" I yelled at him

"Yes Niall what is it now I have already helped you on where to take her" he said wondering into my room.

"Niall what the fudge have you done to your room?" he asked looking at the clothed covered floors

"Sorry but I have NOTHING and I mean NOTHING to wear" I yelled at him.

He walked over to the pile of clothes and asked what style of clothes I was looking for and I told him. He soon came back with a pair of jeans, white top with the letter 'a' don't ask why it has the letter 'a' on it and my varsity jacket that says Horan on the back and has a 'N' on the front .

"Thanks Liam I owe you one" I told him

"You're welcome man that's what friends are for" he replied with then walked out leaving me to get changed.

I got changed then realised I hadn't told Mel what we were doing so I texted her:

('N' means Niall and 'M' is Mel)

N-Hey babe we are going to be outside for a while but then we are going to be inside it's really warm today so wear something summery x

M-Okay can you tell me where we are going?

N-nope sorry beautiful x

M- PLEASE??

N-No! Anyway go and get ready I will be at yours at 1:45 xx

With that I put my phone down and ran downstairs. I went to the kitchen and to the fridge.

"Niall what the hell you just ate before you changed" Zayn said coming over to me

"But you know that I eat when I'm nervous plus I'm hungry" I told him getting out a slice of left over pizza and shoving it in my mouth.

"Why are you nervous you have been on dates before." He asked/told me

"yeah but never with Mel she is different in a good way and if I blow it tonight then I might never get a chance with her" I explained

"very touching speech Ni you know what else you should do to make this date perfect?" he asked

"um..No" I answered honestly

"Brushing your teeth your breath stinks of peperoni go clean them!" with that I ran upstairs quicker than I ever had before I CANT have bad breath especially on our first date.

By the time I had brushed my teeth and checked my appearance in the mirror 20 times I was finally ready to go.

"Guys how to I look?" I asked the boys nervously

"You look fine Niall now go get the girl you have been crushing on for the past week" Louis told me.

I nodded my head and ran to the door

"Oh and Niall don't mess it up" Harry shouted to me

"I won't don't worry" I yelled and ran to the car. I hoped in and checked my teeth for a final time and popped a mint into my mouth just in case then drove off.

I started to get bored on my own so I flicked on the radio but soon regretted it as "knew you were troub-" I groaned and switched it over to Reading 107 relaxing as the song "standing in the dark" came on. I soon started to sing along to it really getting into it
