08. Thoughts

Right now the couples jet have landed and they are at their destination, while Vedika took deep breath
"Finally landed that jet was making me sick" she said
"I know it was like my height phobia was catching up on me" Aadhya groaned
"Let's check into the hotel so that we can rest, its already evening, we will probably take another two hours to reach the reserved hotel" Agasthya said for the first time
Agasthya after Avyaan can be considered the most silent person of the home, he is so silent that even his wife doesn't know anything about him, and he too doesn't care enough to know about her
"Yes let's go" Shlok agreed and all of them started walking towards their car, as all of them had their own luggage, they decided it was better to take separate cars per couple

It was dead silent in the car, Meera was looking outside the window, observing the new environment while Shlok was just looking ahead, staring at.... particularly nothing
"You might be blaming for everything in your life isn't it?" Shlok started the conservation, while Meera confusedly looked at him
"What do you mean?"
"Nobody in the house cares for you while you are practically taking care of everyone, even of the kids that aren't even related to you, while in return you get nothing, just because you married me, you have to do such thing"
"Well I am touched you observe such thing, but I don't know why are you thinking such thing, everyone has problems and one should learn not to cry over it and the thing about kids, I may not be their biological mother but they are my children, some relations don't require blood, Mr Raghuvanshi" Meera smiled while just looking outside the window, hiding the pain in her eyes
She still remembers the day, she got married into this house and her role in the house was specified in the first day itself, You are just here for my kids,
This was Meera's role in that house and she had long accepted it, but she loves doing her role just because her little monkey brighten her dull days in that lonely mansion
While Avyaan's word somewhere affected shlok in a big manner, he can't accept the fact that he doesn't know anything about his wife of five years
She never told me anything or maybe I only never took any initiative
Guilt is something which is when once planted, it would just take a deeper place in your heart, body and soul, and there is no going back, and maybe this is what the heartless shlok Raghuvanshi is feeling-
