It's been a fairly decent day, especially considering Yoongi gets to see Jungkook twice. He'd visited the cafe earlier and now Yoongi is stepping up to his door, ready for whatever may hit him. He's excited and a little nervous.
After he knocks on the door, Jungkook is quick to open it and greet him with a big smile and sparkling eyes.
He has on a white button up and black slacks as if he'd just gotten home from work, but he visited earlier, so Yoongi assumes he had a meeting or something.
"Come in," he says as he opens the door wider. Yoongi does as he's told and they head towards the living room.
"You wanted to talk about this in person," Yoongi states and Jungkook nods, sitting next to him on the sofa.
"Yeah," he says. He spreads his legs slightly, seeming uncomfortable in his fancy pants. "I wanted to confess a few things in person. I never really liked texting anyways."
Yoongi glances over Jungkook's expression, but doesn't find much other than a small smile. This confession he speaks of gets Yoongi's heart racing.
"What do you want to say, hyung?"
He doesn't mean to, but his tail waves in the air curiously, his ears are pointed in full alert, and even his eyes are unblinking as he waits.
Jungkook finally makes eye contact with him and he smiles wider upon seeing Yoongi's expression.
"Curious kitty." He raises his hand to brush a strand of Yoongi's blond hair into place. "I already told you, I want you. But I wanted to ask you in person if I can take you on a date. A real one."
Yoongi tries to bite back his smile. "I'd love to go on a date with you, Jungkookie. But..."
Jungkook's gaze becomes blank, a bit unsure. "But..? There's a but?"
"Well." Yoongi looks down at his lap, fiddling with his fingers. "I don't wanna stop the things we were doing. One of the things you sent me came in today and..."
Jungkook smiles as Yoongi trails off. "Okay. We can do that. For now, why don't we just hang out tonight? We can order some food."
