"Well yeah," Jeongin nodded, "but still, he's falling into the web still."

Chan nodded, "true. It's too late for him, he can't get rid of us."

"Yay I love trapping people," Seungmin said before taking a sip of his coffee only to continue, "in our friendship circle."

"You said it that way on purpose," Hyunjin chuckled.

"Yeah, I did," Seungmin replied with a shrug.

When it was time for his dance class, Felix knew Hyunjin and Jeongin were going to question him. So he wasn't surprised when the younger of the two said not three seconds after he spotted the Australian, "what were you saying to Chan earlier?"

Minho, confused, asked, "ooh what?"

"Nothing," Felix replied, trying to focus on his stretching before class officially started.

"What happened? What did I miss?" Minho asked.

Felix sighed as Hyunjin began, "he showed Chan something of Changbin's and they were talking about whatever and then Felix said something about Changbin finding out about- and then he cut himself off."

"Ohh what did Changbin find out about?" Minho asked, raising his eyebrows, intrigued. Focused eyes on the Australian.

Felix chuckled, "it's nothing."

"Oh come on," Jeongin said, "please tell us."

"I can...I can see color again," Felix admitted.

All of their eyes widened though Hyunjin was the only one who gasped, "you're kidding."

"I'm not kidding," Felix replied.

"Oh my god," Jeongin said, smiling, "who is it?"

"Who do you think?" Felix replied, sighing, "this is why I...I didn't want to get close to him. But he was just so fucking persistent."

"You're actually kidding," Minho chuckled.

"You know, I'm surprised you didn't know," Felix told the eldest of the four.

Minho almost looked offended, "why's that?"

"Because your boyfriend knows," Felix shrugged, "I genuinely thought he would have told you."

"He didn't- the betrayal," Minho brought a hand to his heart, "I can't believe this. My boyfriend kept a secret from me, I think I might die, guys."

"You'll get over it," Jeongin shrugged.

"Yeah you're right, I don't care, really. He never keeps things from me, he's a terrible liar," Minho said, "but really, Changbin? You're not joking?"

"Trust me, I wish I was," Felix said softly.

"This is great though," Jeongin said, "that bitch is going to see you happy with someone else."

"True," Minho said, pointing to the younger.

Felix smiled, "thanks guys, but I don't think he will really care."

"Dumb," Hyunjin sighed, rolling his eyes. Minsu pissed him off.

Class started then, so they didn't end up talking anymore about the topic. And quite frankly, Felix was glad they weren't. He was kind of tired. Tired of hanging around couples all the time when he didn't have that. Don't get him wrong, he loved hanging out with his friends, but Chan and Seungmin were a thing, Jisung and Minho, Hyunjin and Jeongin, and then now there was Jake and Sunghoon on the soccer team. He was surrounded by it, and whenever he ended up thinking about that fact, all he wanted to do, was lock himself in his room and not come out for days. And luckily for him, he had no classes the following three days, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. So he decided to hibernate.

His friends asked if he wanted to hang out, but he just told them he had a project he needed to work on, on top of a test to study for, and thankfully the others didn't push any further to hang out that day. They knew how stubborn Felix could be when it came to his studying.

Not-so-thankfully, Changbin was on the verge of spamming him with messages. Asking what he was up to, if he needed any help with his project or studying, telling him about how Chan and Jisung had talked to him about working on songs and thanking Felix for playing his tracks to the other two because Changbin stated he, 'didn't have the guts to do it.'

And Felix wanted to answer Changbin, which was beginning to piss Felix off more. He didn't want to, want to text Changbin back the second the older texted him. Didn't want to, want to be around him all day. Didn't want to see color anymore. He wanted to go back to before he knew Changbin and build his walls thicker.

But at the same time, he did want those things. Wanted to be around Changbin. Wanted to see color more, wanted to be around Changbin wall day, wanted to text the older back the second a text came through. Felix was a mess and it was beginning to infuriate him.

He turned his phone off, didn't want anything from it, to distract him. He turned his TV on and played some music from YouTube, setting up to start studying for his astronomy test which was about a week away, there wasn't really a reason to study, he just didn't want to think about anything else.

As he studied, he managed to clear his mind, it managed to do exactly what he wanted it to. He studied for around an hour and a half before his YouTube playlist ended and he was forced to start up a new one. Thankfully, it didn't take long to do so with the suggested playlists.

His mind wandered and he began to question if his friends thought he was crazy for him liking Changbin. After having closed himself off for so long after what had happened with Minsu, only to end up crushing on the first person he got close to after that incident.

He started trying to get back to studying, and he realized that for some of the material, it would probably be best if he made flashcards. He sighed gently, opening one of his desk drawers and spotting a black pouch. He picked it up, shutting the drawer afterwards and just stared at the pencil pouch in his hands. They were colored highlighters he had gotten off of amazon about three years ago, though he hadn't touched them in two. He took a deep breath before opening the pouch, taking out a few of the highlighters and smiled softly at the colors as he got back to studying.

There was something about it, studying. Something about it that Felix really liked. He wasn't sure if it was the confidence he got for tests, the writing itself, or, at that moment, the highlighters. He just liked studying. And he found it funny that his friends thought it was strictly because of what happened with Minsu.

Part of it really was. He didn't want to leave his room and run into anyone and possibly end up wanting to get close to them. And even though he tried to prevent it, that's exactly what ended up happening anyway. Felix meeting Changbin was completely out of his control because the older had met Jake, a member of the soccer team who probably would have introduced him to Felix at some point anyway. On top of that, Changbin had met Chan, Minho, Hyunjin, and Jisung and shared a class with Minho as well as Jisung and Seungmin, so really, they were bound to meet. at some point, even if Changbin didn't consistently run errands for the teacher he was kind of an assistant for at that point. It was like it was in the cards for them. And Felix wasn't so sure he hated that fact.

Felix sighed as he realized he had zoned out, thinking of what he was trying to clear his mind of, Changbin. And he decided to give up, he had been studying for a few hours after all. He grabbed his phone, turned it on, and chuckled at some of the texts from the others he saw. One from Chan which said, blink twice if you've been kidnapped. No blinks okay we're good. And one from Jisung said, Okay knowing you, you're probably still studying for a test that's coming up February 489th of 3035 so have fun.

And the one he had gotten from Changbin made him think, hey, I bet you're actually studying studying still, but if you'd like to take a break and hang out at all, let me know first I claim hanging out with you first lol.

The text, for some reason, made Felix smile, and he set his phone back down because of it, wondering if maybe he should go back into hibernation for a while to take time for himself, maybe avoid someone. Changbin. Avoid Changbin. But he quickly realized that probably wasn't the best idea. And he hated that he knew that. Why couldn't things just be simple? Why did everything have to be so confusing? Felix hated confusing things. It was part of the reason why he studied like it was his oxygen. Because he used it as a safe space.
