I had finally finished the backbreaking quest I was on. I had to kill 5 Hydras and hundreds of monsters. I was a little reluctant to return to camp as everyone treated me as a piece of trash 🗑️.☹️.
As I passed the camp fire I heard cheering. It was from the arena. When I went in what I saw shattered my already broken heart in pieces. Annabeth was kissing my brother.
Everyone suddenly quieted when they saw me. I had a tear streaked face full of regret. I was silent. Annabeth looked at me in fear. I had no words. I was speechless. I was betrayed.......
