Everything and everyone was fast asleep. I was the only one who was wide awake breathing so hard practically could hear my own breath. I was walking the long stairs that lead up to the tower. Remembering the exact words that my father told me. First step: Leave in the morning. Second Step: William stops near the lake which leads to the Castle. Third Step: Find a way inside the castle without getting hurt (yeah, that didn't work out. Which lead me to get a cut bruise on my left leg.) Fourth Step: Walk around in tell you find the Castle which isn't that hard to find. Fifth Step: Climb the stair once you find the tower.

And that's were I am. I'm tired. The sweat that runs down my cheek as I quickly wipe it away. I didn't know how many steps I climbed, but I do now it was a lot. My legs were getting that weird feeling that there were wobbling with pain. I groaned in frustration as I could almost see the last pair of steps awaiting me with open arms.

Yes! I sat down taking a few minutes to let my legs rest and get some strengths so they can get back and going. After that, I jumped up seeing two doors. One color was red and the other was blue. I remembered what my father said to me about these doors. One color will lead you to the Princess and the other one will lead me to a unfaithful death. How complicated things are now in days. Rubbing my eyelids I paced back and fourth examining the doors more closely.

Which door? Is it the blue one? Or is it the red one?

I reached toward the blue one because I'm practically certain that blue means calm and peaceful and red was the opposite. Opening the door three tentacles that belonged to an octopus which was on a very large wolf. It's eyes were pitch black. His pointy fangs came down from his chin. Good thing my father packed me a sward. I was scared, I can admit that, but I had to do this. Even though this can lead to my death. The door slammed shut making no way possible for me to get out.

The monster growled dropping gooey silvia threw some of his gap teeth. Inching forward at my direction his claws attached to his feet grew even more with each step the monster encountered. Holding up my sward high, I ran toward the monster swinging it back and fourth. Gracefully I jumped up the monster back. It's scales were hard with sharp edges. I groan in agony as one of the scales scratched my leg which sent tiny blood dripping out. I had to contain myself. Holding the sward with my fingers shaking. I struck down making the Monster scream. It tousled around. I flew off it landing straight plant on the floor. My left shoulder felt like it was broken. I tried to stand up. Taking every breath I could to regain energy, but I just couldn't. The monster whimpered as it came toward me. Holding that same menacing glare as it crawled toward me. His dark pitch eye's focused on me and only mine.

This was it. I wasn't going to survive any less get the girl. The red door was the key to everything and I messed it up by opening up the blue door. I was going to die because of my foolish mistakes.

Holding on my sward I was ready for what was going to be expected. My death. And even that sent shivers down my spine. The monster looked me once over and it jumped ready to eat his pray. Holding on my sward the last words to escape from my mouth was.....

Rachel

It was dark and cold. I tried wrapping something around me, but all I had was a sward. Getting up I hit my head with something hard. I didn't bother to look up when manly I was dead. What's the point? Then again how can I still talk inside my head? Realizing my sward was arched up high. I felt something  clammy as I pulled down my sward. Feeling pain from my right shoulder. There was a bit of light escaping from were I was. Putting my sward back on my hip. I crawled out to whatever thing I was down in. I could still feel the something glutinous. As I reached out the peep hole. I could smell again.

There it was. The monster. It's body was sprawled against the floor, but not half way because there was something holding it. I checked my body and there it was. Blood was everywhere on me. Luckily my bag was outside. I ran to the door having no hopes that the monster will wake up somehow and devour me quickly.  I opened the door, but it wouldn't open.

Come on, come on! There has to be some sort of key. That's when I laid eye's on it. The key was around the monsters neck. I ran toward it pulling it softly, just in case that monster might have a possibility of waking up. Running to the door I could hear sudden movements behind me. Crap! I fumbled with the keys as I threw in some curses under my breath. Feeling a loud thump making my whole body jump. I knew it was awake. I could just see the creature behind me if it wasn't for how scared I was to open this door. Finally as I opened it. I turned around seeing the monster ready to finish his job, but not this time. I slammed the door shut hearing a loud blow. I didn't care all I cared for that I was out and not in there.

There it was. The red door mocking me with every glance I looked. I opened the door seeing the tower. Hearing the door slam I ran toward the girl who was fast asleep.

So she's the cause of this mess.

Seeing the girl with an elegant dress. It was blue with sparkles on it. That's when I made my eye's land on her face. It was RACHEL!

But how? What? Bending on my two legs. I winched not even noticing the mark I had on my leg. Her blond curls were neat and untouched. Her lips were pale as her cheeks. Like there was no life in her. Smoothing her cheeks. I almost cried when all I had to do was kiss her and there she will be. The mysterious girl was Rachel, but I thought she left with Tyson?

How could this happen? She wouldn't have left without him? But then again here she is. Without Tyson. She's with me now. I lowered myself to her. Ready to kiss her, but what if this doesn't work? What if she's not in love with me? Then again her letter did say she did. I kissed her pale lips every so softly.

I waited and waited....waiting for her eye's to open to see those two pairs of golden eye's.
