Chapter 11

Rain p.o.v

When we arrived Paradise, i saw everything Michael told us about this place was true. Beautiful indeed. The house were we will stay is also so perfect. Just like some dream...
When i first put a step on the ground, an apple fell on my head. Tok! Just like this. Jay sad i'm Rain empty brain. If i had a brain, it would make a Boem! sound when the apple fell on my head.

Jay and the others wanted to see the section where there will be held a welcome party. Yes party here in Paradise. I wasn't interested to see the decorated place. I don't know why. Not even interested to see the jungle. Someone who loves the nature suddenly wasn't interested?

They all left and i climbed in a tree and sat on its strong branch. I don't know what kind of tree it was but it was so nice to see. For some unknown reason i felt very sad and lonely as if iam incomplete. I started thinking about my future. Iam good in maths but is it really that what i want to do? These kind of questions where in my mind. I was about to answer them when i got distracted by laughter.

It was a girl with a cat in her hands. She was chasing a butterfly. Unlike the other girls, this one seemed so different. Her hair was in a mess and i think there were rose petals in her hair. Impatiently i was waiting to see her face. Do not ask me why. I never did or felt something like this before. She chased and chased the butterfly. She looked so happy. I was very amused to see this scene. Well i couldn't take my eyes off of her. And then she was nearby the tree

All of sudden the butterfly flew up where my tree was and finally she looked up. I was already looking so we made eyecontact! It was like she stared right into my eyes and i was doing the exactly same thing! The time stood still. It felt like that. We were just looking in eachothers eyes when the tree branch suddenly broke! Oh my god!!! How could that happen?? I still don't get it. The tree branch was a very strong one! Somehow it broke and yes i fell on her... one thing more to be noted: i fell on her. Not the tree branch. That fell beside me. Strange. I sat on that thing but when it broke it fell down next to me? How confusing.

So i fell on her and again there was a feeling that the time stood still. It was going to rain.

I can't remember how and when i got up, only staring at her. I hope she doesn't think of me as a creep.

She is so different. She didn't even cared about the fact that her clothes were dirty. Instead she was worried about me and the cat Balu. I never saw a girl like her. If she was like the rest, she would have confronted me about why i was sitting on a tree branch and that it entirely was my fault. But she didn't...instead she said i'm not crazy because i sit on tree branches..

"What the F guys??!! I nearly fell out of the bed. Aaah my stupid soft cute eardrums!!"
"Hahaha good job Jay! You played it right in his ear!"
"Couldn't you just let me know decently that you're back? And where did you get that annoying tarara tone!?" My friends are annoying. Always not sometimes.
Dave takes a bottle of water of the fridge. Jay puts the tv on and Michael closes the door. Well what the..
"Hey iam talking to you boys!!!"
"Relax Rain. We're just showing you how you reacted when we came back then minutes ago"
"No. What do you mean J? Then minutes ago??" I start playing with a football. And you won't believe were i discovered it. In the fridge. Who puts a football in the fridge?
"Hell yeah. You were so busy in your thoughts that you didn't hear us" boem boem with the ball
"Yeaah that's right Dave. We called you so many times. RAIN RAIN EMPTY BRAIN. But you didn't give any response. We thought you are dead with open eyes and a nice smile"
"But that doesn't mean you have to damage my hearing" wait did they brought cotton candy? Jay was unpacking the things they bought. Boem boem
"You sound like a old man. Always complaining" you see!? They are always insulting me. What a ball. Boem bam
"Oh my god Michael! I always wanted to tell Rain that but i didn't know how" 
"Okay just leave it okay. You brought cotton candy. Give me" no reaction. Good. Bam bam with the ball
"You were probably dreaming about that girl" how did Dave know.
"n-no why would i?"
"Oh come on Rain! Don't deny it. We all saw how you were looking no no no staring and glaring at her" damn you Michael! I thought it was my secret. How sad they all know it.
"He wasn't the only one. She was also staring at him" good one Jay..
Now they're waiting for my arguments. Standing next to each other, glaring at me like a police officer. As if iam being interrogated. As if iam a murderer.
"What are you guys talking abou-"
"Hahahaha it was love at first sight!!"
"Please Jay let me finish my sentence. I have arguments" boem boem bam
"No we won't let you finish cause we know that you'll come with the most stupid arguments and please stop with that boem ball. Its annoying"
Boem wait wha- boem plengeleng!!! Oh no! I just hit a vase. And Dave is close enough to fetch a flower in his hair. The vase was on a high table you see.
All the three are staring like zombies. And Dave with the flower in his hair.
"OKAY leave it now give me my cotton candy!!!!" Hehe change the topic.
"Jay can you please hit the leftovers of the vase. I need to talk to my son Rain." I really want to laugh but i hold it.
"Why me Dave?" I think Jay also noticed. Look at his smile
"I'll pay you by the way why are you smiling"
"Eh you'll pay me that's why" he leaves to search a broom. seriously Jay is going to hide the pieces of the vase for money?
"Now Rain listen. This is not my house were my mom gives you permission to brake her vases hihi you get it? We paid for this residence and we don't want to pay for vases. Don't we? And what are you two staring at me like that!?.are you gay? Haha Mich noticed it too
I have a plan. If somehow i could convince him to take a picture. Haha i will put it on instagram. Dave with a flower in his hair.
"Yeah spit it out"
"Hahahahahahahahahaha" we hear Jay laughing with the broom in his hand.
Dave looks like a question mark. "don't do laugh so hard. You look like a witch with that broom in your hand"
Me and Mich join him too.
"Hahahahahaha"
Dave looks at us with a confused look on his face. "Why are you all laughing??!!"
"YOU HAVE A PINK FLOWER IN YOUR HAIR AND YOU CALL THEM GAY??? HAHAHAHA"
"Oh hahaha and i will believe you Jay"
"Hey why did you tell him? I was about to take a pic of him for insta" Jay ruined it. Idiot
"Oh sorry"
"Eh Rain i think you can take a pic. He does not believe it."
"Ok Mich let me take out my phone"
Dave immediately runs to a mirror and grabs the flower from his hair"
"Hahahaha"
"Haha stop it guys. Rain do you want your cotton candy or not? He is a bigger topic changer then me.
"What ya doing Dave? The kid is asking for candy"
"Well here it is" he throws the package at me and ofcourse i fail to catch.
"Don't think that by changing the topic, we'll forget about it"
"I won't buy drinks for you then"
"Who wants your drinks Dave"
"What do you mean? You three don't have money"
"We'll become beggars. No problem.

"Hey boys what are you wearing for the party tonight?" Michael is such a idiot.
"Clothes" i know i know. Its a dumb answer haha
"I don't believe a math genius gives answers like that hahahaha" Boem! I throw a football on his face.
Dave starts to unpack his bag
"Ofcourse clothes Rain. Do you think we'll go naked?"
"You can do anything Dave"
"Iam glad you know and did you brought your suit for the party?"
"Hell no. You know i do not like to wear casual clothes"
Dave is staring at me with a i-don't-know-what-look
"Rain we told you to put some casual clothes for the party"
"Dave i told you i don't like to wear that"
"Then what will you wear tonight?"
"He'll go to the party in his boxers" Michael says loudly. He's putting the disc of 50 shades of grey in the dvd player.
"Not a bad idea haha" yeah iam serious.
"Hahaha Carina is seriously missing a lot of things" no i will not react to Dave's nonsense.  "What? No arguments Rain? Haha" Let me unpack my own stuff. I walk past Dave, in my room. From there i scream "Look your ex girlfriends favorite movie. You still remember she watched it with Daniel in the cinema and not with you" haha i hit it! Just look at his now bitter face. A few seconds ago he was laughing.
He sighs. "Not again michael. You already watched it 50 times"
"Do you have any problem if i say i want to make 51 shades of Michael and and why do you hate things your ex girlfriend likes" he sounds annoyed. Yeah anything for 50 shades of grey.
"Okay okay but please don't put too much volume" Michael looks around
"Hey were's Jay? That guy keeps disappearing man"
"I think he's dancing in the bathroom or something more hilarious" and with that he walks into my room with a...white suit and blue pants?
"Here. You can wear this"
"What?! They're your clothes it won't fit" i start yawning. I love sleep so much.
"It will. I have especially chosen it for you because i knew that even if we would insist you to bring your own, you wouldn't" he says this with a big smile
"But Dave"
"I don't want to hear anything. Be ready at 8"
"Party starts at 8.30 Dave"
"But i want you to be ready at 8. And not only you. Everyone." I put my hand on my head. Life hurts
He walks back to Michael. Sometimes i think that Dave is some dictator. His name should be hitler or whatever. Now i have to wear these stupid casual things. I will look like a old man. And what if she will be also at the party. Menn she'll think iam an old man...
