"Mom I'm out, Jimin is waiting for me." you quickly grabbed the bun with the spread butter and jam on it while bringing the strap of the bag on your shoulder and opening the door to greet the man outside with a wide smile on his face. His eye smile wished you a great rest of the day but his wicked smile greeted you with good luck dodging his mischief. The bread was dangling half outside your mouth as you bit a huge chunk of it in a hurry.
"You look like a duck sweetheart but anyways good late afternoon bestie." he came forward, stepping up on the steps of your doorstep and ruffling your hair, soon after biting onto the other half of the bread stuck out of your mouth. The food kiss left your eyes widened and your actions frozen. Your muffled warning remained muffled with the bread in your mouth but when Jimin parted away from you, you heard your mom bidding you goodbye.
"Come back safely sweetie. Ask Jimin to meet me on the way back." you quickly chewed on the bread, swallowing it to answer a 'sure mom' to her and then harshly shove Jimin in his chest, jerking him backwards slightly.
"Bitch what the fuck was that?" you asked, wiping your lips afterwards. "What was what?" he asked innocently while cleaning his lips as well, making a very seductive pout by the way he wiped the corners with his two fingers bringing them enclosed over his mid-lip. His red lips were on full view but you were busy scolding him. "Sharing an almost food kiss mister." you commented, moving past him and walking towards his Harley parked right outside your house.
"It wasn't a kiss even, it was me sharing your food to have a taste." he spoke partially bothered by your irritation. "Who the hell are you hanging out with other than me to have your mind so spoiled." He was now by your side near his bike and proceeded to sit on it to face you wanting to clear out the situation before starting for the destination.
"Only you have the privilege to spend time with me with such a hectic schedule." you spoke and then placed a hand on his shoulder, hopping on his bike to sit behind him and then get ready to ride.
Jimin on the other hand was bothered once again by your reply and he instead of starting the bike, held your hand on his shoulder and guided you to place it on his waist and then pull you forward, to make you lay on his back completely.
"Nari for the path we chose, we have to work hard for it right? And for that losing social life is extremely important and focusing on our goal is necessary. You know I am right here by your side to support you and be with you in every lows and high." rubbing his soft hand gently over yours he tried to sooth you down which you eventually did and a sharp exhale of breath from your side made him crane his neck and look at you.
"I know Jim and I know you are here for me all the time but as an individual I feel that burden getting to me too much no matter how much you and mom support me, I still find myself lost and tensed at nights when I think over the long way we have to go." You speak, turning your head sideways to rest your cheek on Jimin's back, hearing his heartbeat directly in your ear. It didn't bother you much because your heart was racing in anticipation while his was burning in heat. You hugged him tighter, pouring out all of the thoughts you had in your mind.
