He nods, but he still looks really sad. He's worried to take you.

"Hey." you say, placing your hand against his cheek.

A small little squeak escapes his mouth.

"Don't be so worried, I'm tough too." You grin, approaching his face.

His ears flush pink and lower downward in embarrassment. You approach his face, wanting to kiss him, you so desperately do. However, he whams his hands on your shoulders and looks down all red faced.

"U-UM! L-LETS GET GOING! U-uh.. um.. don't want any townsfolk being any more afraid as they already are...! heheh.. y-ya know? haha.." He says tomato red.

You smile at him, he's embarrassed, he's still a little new to this he has a hard time approaching it, it doesn't bother you though, if anything its adorable.

"U-uh... t-the door, its... u-uh wait which way is my bedroom door? u-uh.." He says still red-faced, ending up stepping on his own cape, dragging himself to fall back onto the bed.

He lands on top of you by accident. 

"A-AH! Y/N! S-SORRY I-!" He flushes even redder.

You blush too, god, this would be such a good moment to kiss, you need to go for it, just do it Y/N. You hold your hands around his neck and slowly pull him closer to you.

"W-what.. what's happening- what.. what are you doing-?" He stutters.

"w..what.. whats.. happening.." he says softer as you pull him closer.

The closer he approaches you, the quieter he gets, and his eyes start relaxing, as well as his face. The 2 of your noses are touching, you can feel him softly breathing against your face, and he can feel you breathing against his too.

Your lips graze each others, but you don't kiss, not just yet, you can just slightly feel your lips slightly touching one anothers. You don't push him closer to fully have your lips lock though, you want him to be comfortable to push his head slightly forward to do that. He needs to be the one to activate it.

He doesn't, you can feel his heart against yours, and its beating fast, faster than yours even. He closes his eyes, softly feeling the little graze of your guys' lips slightly grazed against one anothers. He was about to lean in more, but then he hears whispering outside and immediately backs off.

"What... is that..?" he softly says getting off the bed, walking to his door.

He immedietly swings it open revealing Kikimora.

"A-AH! GOLDEN GUARD! WHAT A SURPRISE!" Kiki says nervously backing away from the door.

Eavesdropping again? Was she spying on you guys?

"What do you want Kiki?" Hunter says with a slight anger in his tone.

"U-um.. what do I want... I want.. oh! I wanted to um, ask about your missions, are you doing any today? as of now? hm?" She asks.

"I was about to?" He says.

"Oh! perfect, you don't mind if I talk to your little caretaker do I? I.. have some questions regarding her work...!" Kiki says. 

Hunter makes a confused yet angry face.

"I don't see anywhere in your job forms where you have the power to talk to my assistant. Kiki." Hunter says, folding his arms, glaring at her.

"N-no! I know! I just wanted to ask her something because I'm curious! Just one person to another... hehe!" She chuckles anxiously.

Hunter glares at her again folding his arms.

"Okay, and I don't give her permission to talk to you." Hunter says.

"She has much more important matters than you Kiki, and so do you, shouldn't you be on some missions yourself?" Hunter raises an eyebrow.

"U-Erm.."

"lets see, i can pull out your mission file right now." Hunter smirks, pulling out a little notebook with information on Kiki.

"Lets see, you had to patrol Bonesburrow taverns for wild witches about 1 hour from now ago." Hunter says crouching down to her level.

Kiki has fists in both her hands. She was so called out.

"How bout instead of asking... useless questions..? you... hmm.. gosh! who woulda thought about this? Do your job?, maybe?" Hunter smirks, shrugging at Kiki.

"rrgh!" Kiki grumbles, stomping off.

"That's what I thought." Hunter rolls his eyes, then shutting the door behind him.

"Everything ok?" You ask. 

"Yeah everything's fine, there was just a rat by my door, we really need to get the exterminators here." Hunter sighs, sitting down next to you.

"Anyway, shall we go?" He smiles, holding out his hand.
