It was six months since I had met my dad and uncle Mike. They were awesome but I still wanted to know the name of my father. Why is he such an big secret? Is he maybe in jail?
After 3 months of trying to crack the secret of my father I got a name out of uncle Mikey. "You know your dad is going to kill me if I told you this, right?" He said. "Don't worry about it he won't know, I just have to meet or know he is not a criminal you know. I will only be gone for a week. And dad is gone for this week on a business trip and will only be home on next Monday morning. I will be back by Sunday night the latest promise. Dad left me with you so just cover for me please. I know when he is back we are going to make it legal that I am his daughter again." I said sweetly. " You're lucky I love you, kid." He smiled back and handed me a thousand dollars for the week.

I opened the door and saw a girl of about sixteen or seventeen standing in front of me with the bluest of eyes and the same color hair as me. I can vaguely remember those color eyes and getting lost in them for a night, but who they belonged to I can't remember. "Yes, how can I help you kid?" I asked. "Well, I am your daughter Chloe. You got my dad knocked up 17 years ago at a party where him and my uncle Mikey was. You were a one night stand and apparently left town 3 weeks later, when my dad and uncle Mikey found out he was pregnant."She said. "Are you sure I am your father, kid? They could have lied. And who is your supposed "dad"?I asked getting very irritated since it is my only day off this week and I'm getting a bomb dropped on me 17 years later."HIS name is LUKE HEMMINGS. This guy did look somewhat familiar but I still could not place him. "Well would you look at the time Calum will be home in 5 minutes then maybe he can help us out as he can remember a lot of people's faces and names from at least 20 years ago."I commented. "OK, when Calum gets here he can just refresh my memory and then we can go get a at home DNA test."I said scared of the outcome of the test. I can't be a father I going to fail this kid just like I have failed at life. And since when do guys get pregnant? I will have to go and do some research to wrap my head around all this information.
"Wow, you look like a mixture between Luke and Ash." Calum told Chloe after hearing the whole story and believing her every word. I still can't remember this Luke guy but apparently I did not leave the guys side that night and told Cal that I thought that I was in love and that I wanted to ask Luke to be my boyfriend. Not that Chloe knows any of this as Calum told me all of this in my room and she was downstairs in the lounge watching t.v waiting for us to finish. At least she has manners. Cal had to leave for work and we went to go get the DNA test and supper as she will be spending a few days as a guest until we get the results back in 4 days.
