Of course, the work had been way too quick paced than even the other two could anticipate. They knew it was the continuously racing feeling of the ursine's loved one being stuck in that place, but never had they expected he'd actually urge for them to work as quick as though they were speeding cars.
Even when they had worked as fast to first figure what and how they'd turn the power back on, then gotten to the switches swift enough, it still had taken them as long as two hours to finally be done with everything, and now all was left was reaching that gate to find the two mascots they'd split from.
Very soon, they were out from that power room, back into the dim-lit hallways of this strange factory. All three of them were checking through every single door they passed, just to assure they could find anything that could work out as weaponry. They had gained a couple things this way, such as Bonnie having found a fire extinguisher, Foxy a crowbar, and Freddy ... well, he had his microphone for the most defense he needed in his opinion, but even then, out of cautious measures, he had gotten his hands on a spare endoskeleton limb of some under-construction animatronic.
Moments passing; they'd finally reached the gate, closed off by nothing but this small, glowing red button that only a small press would force to open. Foxy was shoved forward for the action, as his hand was smaller as compared to the other two males, and he'd easily managed to push that button in. A loud whirring, groaning of machinery from that entryway resonated the surroundings, making it obvious the people here probably didn't care about lubricating the motors and all.
And, it wasn't wrong to think this way, as no sooner had the gate lifted halfway, it froze. A straining sound from the gears moving it met with their sensors as the signal the machine was struggling to shift it any further. The three stared at that awhile, before their leader's gaze narrowed and he stepped over, more likely to measure the gap between the gate and the ground. Good thing was it was enough for the three to at least crouch under it and keep on, and understanding this by bending low, the ursine had motioned with his hand for them to come along, which was exactly what they did and, in a matter of a few seconds, they were in.
The place was the exact opposite to what there was outside. As soon as they'd entered, dust and grime greeted them and lifted up by their heavy footsteps. In a short minute gray dusty matter had covered the boys from top to bottom, half-blocking their fields of vision --- well, Freddy and Foxy's, anyway. The area was dark, so Bonnie couldn't exactly see in the first place. The surroundings were also a bit cramped because of the entire area around having crumbled to debris and whatever more. They'd best be glad the ground was still with them, and the ceiling hadn't gotten too low, or that all would've been a problem. It was dirty as I mentioned earlier though, and, that was the only thing there that was, kind of triggering the ursine's sense of fixing. However, luckily another emotion was stronger than this, and he didn't let the want to clean himself take over too much.
After some time of a slow trek through the place, finally he decided to call out, first to his lover, then the kid. Few seconds, and there was no answer, leading to a second call, which finally received some form of reaction, from the second more than the first. A strained, petrified voice of the young kid meeting all of their hearing sensors without the slightest error.
No sooner, and they could spot a single bright pink optic approaching their way, the shorter figure of JJ appearing clearer as daylight the more closer she came, and by the looks of it, she was both relieved and ... distraught.
She waddled over with her arms gradually stretching to her sides, which the brown of the three took as a sign, and immediately tossed his mic and that piece of endo to the ground, before dropping on a leg and giving an open gesture for her to come, at which the robotic kid rushed over to all but throw herself into the arms of the larger, and receiving nothing but that well-required hug, the bear gently tucking her under his bigger hold, really resembling the serenity of a father embracing his daughter ...
