'no I'm going to stay out of the water, I don't feel like swimming today',
I said to my friends who were continually trying to get me into the pool. Everyone left me alone but Vinnie quickly jumped out of the pool, I looked at him sceptically as he approached me,
'y/n I know you love the water so do you want to tell me why you don't wish to go into the pool?',
Vinnie asked me as he sat opposite me. I looked at him slightly unimpressed by his powers of deduction,
'who you believe me if I just told you that I was on my period?',
I somewhat asked him, he raised his eyebrows at me questioning if that was going to be the answer I would go with,
'right okay can you give me another few minutes to come up with another answer?',
I asked him, he shook his head at me. I let out a deep breath before quickly grabbing his hand and pulling him back inside so we were away from everyone. Vinnie began to look at me concerned,
'y/n what is going on? you're scaring me',
Vinnie somewhat asked. I slowly lifted my shirt up to reveal the large bruise that was up and down my side,
'how long ago did this happen? what the hell did happen?'.
