'Just Another Love Story'

Chapter 23

They always say tomorrow is a bright new day to restart, it's a day to be full of joy becuase you can make it happy.

Akamine and Tenya were not happy, not in the slightest bit. In fact, the 2 were both very disapointed in each other from the fight yesterday. They hadn't talked to each other since it or even tried to tell anyone of what happened but everyone could tell something was up.

"I already hate this group." Katsuki nicely comments with his fellow extras, no one liking this idea either.

For the idea today, 5 groups of 4 are going to have to capture the opponent called one of their teachers. The first group to go, Katsuki's group, contains himself, Denki Tenya and Akamine.

They didn't really have a plan of action, in fact, none of them dared to really talk about it. Denki was kind of just assuming the plan was to just go with it but it has been one too many times someone says to actually make a plan.

"Alright first group you're up!" Everyone assumed this battle was going to be something, after all, there was no plan in motion.

Everyone took the field, one teacher standing ready deny the attacks of the 4 students in front them. Everyone had their eyes fixated to stare at the entire match, seeing it was going to be one they would have to do soon as well.

"Begin!"

Katsuki started it all off by a full out charge at the guy, planning to simply blow his face off, but then found his face hitting a chunk of metal. He fell back, getting knocked back by a steel hammer.

"Like the quirk boys?" The teacher asks them, the boys just giving the dude a look of tiredness. "Producing metal from your fingertips to turn into any shape is actually quite fun."

"Are you guys going to do something or are you just going to stand around and get hit?" Denki questions, watching as both Akamine and Tenya just continue to stare at each while Katsuki continues to do pretty much everything. He is not succeeding by the way.

"Duck!"

"Where?" Denki took it to much in the literal sense because in reality, there was zero fluffy fuzzy animals to begin with. The group of 3 had ended up getting hit by a giant metal piple, all of them falling to the ground with the thing.

"That's it." Akamine quickly got up before making a quick charge towards the teacher. Unfortunately for him, the teacher moved out of the way and Akamine punched the cement ground, his knuckles now bruised.

The team desperatly tried to at least lay a finger on him but no one was managing to succeed. They planted many sorts of attacks but the teacher would either dodge them or manage to completely block them with the metal.

"I am so glad we do not have a time limit right now." Tenya tells himself out loud, watching as the other 3 still are trying. "We would have definitly failed."

Next thing Tenya knew, by the moment he actually decided to look up, he was attacked. Someone clashed with him causing both to move farther away from the target but also hurt each other in a sense of being crushed.

"Stop standing around idiot!" Of course, the person thrown at him had to be Akamine. Life was hitting him hard today. "There is a fight we got to win here!"

The 4 were eating up much time, everyone just starting to get bored of it. None of them had managed to figure out how to defeat the teacher and so far could say they should just forfeit now.

Akamine felt so much rage fuel him that he did rather quick attacks, bolting on his feet from one attack point to the next. He watched as the teacher struggled to dodge them all becuase of how fast he was moving.

Then he landed a perfect hit before launching himself backwards.

It looked like it kind of hurt but the teacher only was just getting started, he threw a crazy large and heavy pipe directly at Akamine's face, knocking the boy doqn and making a loud clutter.

Akamine could feel his entire head pound in pain, his vision blurry and everything surrounding him made him dizzy. He stood up, back to the teacher, trying to regain his stance.

Denki was immeditaly caught to the ground, the teacher have put metal chains on the boy and chained them directly to the cement floor. Katsuki on the other hand, he was figuring out a way to get out of this reinforced dome layered with metal, it taking him much time to get out of it. Tenya, no one knew what he was doing, just stancing waiting to move.

The teacher pointed sharp edged pipes directly at Akamine, planning to take him out with them as he was not paying any attention. Akamine was not focused on anything but trying to get his brain and vision in order, his thought about his surroundings completely lost.

The pipes fired, which is when everything just seemed to stop for Tenya. The boy knew he had to do something in the dire time he has right now, something that could work.

"SORA-KUN!" Tenya yelled, running across the point, directly in front of Akamine's turned back. Time seemed to go back to normal, and when disater struck.

That is when he heard it, the sound of metal piercing warm human flesh. He heard the loud tumble of a person's body and the clanks of piped metal that happened for 5 seconds, the figitable sound of silence that erupted in his own eardrums.

His head slowly moved to see what had happened, since no one was daring to speak. What he saw was blood dropplets that trailed to the main thing, the discarded broken helmet on the cement, the blood dripped poles that ripped out of the body, the mega pool of blood that now viciously swarmed the body on the ground not too far away from him.

He stared at it, thoughts swarming his mind like his headaches would. He felt like he seen this moment happen before, the same running in front of him, the same lifeless body on cemented ground, the same sort of feeling rupturing his heart as he just stared.

His quirk just started to fritz out on him, just standing there as he looked at the body on the ground. He only wanted to know one thing, one thing, he just needed that one answer in his life right now.

Why did you do it Tenya Iida, why did you put yourself in front of me just like my dead sister did years ago?"

Guys, seriously, I did not want to leave you like this, not a cliffhanger. It is horrible to just leave cliffhangers, I know, been there, but I shall hopefully get time to not have this here forever!
