"I just don't think this is gonna work out,"the auburn haired girl said simply, gripping her phone just a little tighter.

Zach looked up from his shared table in the back corner of the coffee shop. Zach slapped his older brother's forearm excitedly, his green eyes wide and curious.

    "Dude, long distance breakup."

"Where?" Michael asked, his head jerking up to get a view of the room.

"At the bar. Redhead with the silver iPhone."

Michael nodded, his dark brown eyes instantly landing on the stranger fiddling with her straw as she spoke lowly into the phone pressed against her ear. The brunet cop tilted his slightly to the side so that his ear was facing her.

"I just need some space right now," she continued with a sigh, and both boys winced.

    "Oh, yeah, definitely a breakup."

Zach smirked up at his older brother. "She's your type."

    "Absolutely not."
