Ok. Alright. I've caved. I just started ROTTMNT and I'm rewatching 2012 and I'm gonna try to get back to writing here—I've been writing still over the past 7 years, just too afraid to publish them or I've only done notes/drafts and nothing has been "worth" publishing, so I need to get back to getting used to attention and a regular-ish posting schedule. Besides, I wrote the first one when I was younger than the turtles—age 13, if I recall, and I stopped writing here Feb. 17 2016; I'm now 21, writing this Christmas Eve of 2022. For the new year, I've set a daily short word count goal to try to keep my writing fresh and to still have fun doing it instead of trying to cram everything in one go. Y'all also deserve to see my changed writing style and for when I can be more careful and go over my writing before publishing them now that I don't have school anymore y'know—what you're reading is my texting style, not my writing style if that makes any sense. There may be more vent pieces than before, which I actually don't think I put many as I didn't always know how to express myself, though I'll try to keep more variety. I'm also a little fruit cake like these guys LOL so I may also be applying some of my own experiences. Anyway some hcs I'm probably gonna be applying:
Leo: gay (dealt with a lot internalized homophobia, probably still does), he/him
Raph: no labels (just doesn't care to figure it out), he/him, they/them sometimes
Donnie: ace biromantic nb, they/them
Mikey: queer nb, he/she, polyam
April: bi, she/her
Casey: undecided/not-yet-labeled nb, he/she/they (one of you commented that you have this hc and I love it a lot so now I've got it too)
