our bunny × namgikook

you can only imagine the surprise of namjoon and yoongi when they met up at jungkook's house to start the project.

"so, you like rabbits?" yoongi asked, jungkook smiled widely and nodded, grabbing his ears. it was a smile so endearing that melted jungkook and yoongi's heart.

"genuine question, why?" namjoon asked, looking around the bunny themed room, "um, i have autism if you don't mind. it's one of my special interests" jungkook said, "ah, we don't mind" yoongi smiled, jungkook smiled back.

"my mom always told me to tell people that come over to make yourselves at home so you can do that" jungkook said, so the boy's sat on jungkook's bed while the boy sat at his desk.

promised kook ice cream after his shift if u wanna head to the ice cream shop when u finish

"it's really cold, why couldn't you guys pick different places?" yoongi shivered, "i like ice cream" jungkook said, he was fully bundled up.

jungkook was bad at taking care of himself and it wasn't on purpose. he struggled with dressing accordingly to the weather or eating when he's hungry so yoongi and namjoon helped a lot.

before jungkook headed to work, yoongi made sure that jungkook had a thick beanie, thick sweater or sweaters, gloves, socks, and boots. at times, namjoon was in charge of this but sometimes he couldn't do it himself so yoongi was in charge of those things.

jungkook hated the feeling of being hot and cold with the -4 degree weather and bundles of clothes. it messed with his sensory difficulties.

the youngest boy looked at all the ice cream flavors on display, his mouth in the shape of a small 'o' as he looked at all the flavors, "can i have a scoop of strawberry on a cone?" jungkook asked, the man nodded. namjoon ordered for him and yoongi, who wasn't particularly fond of ice cream.

"nice bunny pins" the cashier said, jungkook gasped and smiled, "thank you!" he said, namjoon smiled. he knew the youngest boy loved receiving compliments on his bunny attire.

they sat down, jungkook happily ate his ice cream, "how was the bookstore?" jungkook asked, "good like always. lots of people buying children's books" the boy said, eating a spoonful of chocolate ice cream.

"do they have any bunny books?" he asked, taking his attention off the ice cream, "yes, in fact, i managed to get you a copy of it. it's in my car though" yoongi smiled, jungkook gasped, clasping his hands.

"what's it about?" he asked, "surprise, but you'll love it" yoongi reassured, jungkook hummed, "are you sure?"

"more than sure, bun"

when they got home, jungkook begged the boy for the book which was soon handed to him.
