Perceptor: Before the war I was among of Cybertronians best students at the Cybertronian intelligence and research academy, where we study and research anythings that the high council have given us in hopes to unlock the secrets of Cybertrons past and to find out more about the primes. I was the best student due to my further research and my close connections to many high ranking Cybertronian researchers who I've made friends with a while back. When the rise of the Decepticons have been noticed by the High council, they fear this will result to a war that might end our race. In hopes to never let that happen they give promising by Zeta Prime to use "Project: Omega Sentinels" to crush the Decepticons and prevent the war from ever happening. They gather me and the other intelligent students to work on the project but unfortunately........that project was doomed to fail when he betrayed us all.
(Years ago) (Planet: Cybertron) (Location: Crystal City, top secret facility)
Within the top secret facility located in Crystal city, we see the Cybertronian scientists working on the Omega Sentinels as we see the Omega Sentinels being build and they must got them done as soon as possible but they do not want any mistakes while making it.
Among them we see Perceptor at the walkway and looking down at his data pad while looking up at one of the Omega Sentinels being almost done since this is the first to be made and it seems this will crush the Decepticons for sure.

Perceptor was amazed by it and wonders how the Hugh Council can control such a massive Cybertronian guardian or dose it have a mind of its own.
???: The council isn't gonna pay us for standing around and looking at one of the Omega Sentinels.
