"Leilani!" Alaya shouts happily the moment she sees me. "Hi Alaya!"I hug her tightly as she walks inside the house. After two weeks of staying here, she's finally able to sleepover. She had been on vacation so I wasn't able to see her unless it was on our facetime calls. 

"I literally missed you so much, you should have come on vacation with me." She says as we walk upstairs to my room, "Me too, I just couldn't afford to go." I sigh, Alaya's family had money; lot's of it. "Girl you know my family wouldn't hesitate to pay for you, they love you." She smiles, "I would feel so bad if I made your parents pay." I laugh and she shakes her head, "My parents refer to you as their second daughter, you're apart of my family."

After we did lot's of catching up, we decide to go downstairs and get some food. Before walking in the kitchen, I see Vinnie; oh this is gonna be fun. In hopes that Alaya doesn't freak out, we walk in and her eyes open widely the moment we enter. "Don't say anything." I whisper to her and walk over to the refrigerator. 

Vinnie looks over to Alaya and then switches over to me, he doesn't say anything; he just stares. "Stop being creepy Vincent." I roll my eyes, "Don't call me that." He scoffs, it's fun making him mad. "Don't tell me what to do." I snap back at him and I can tell I'm getting under his skin, I love it. "Shut the fuck up." He grumbled, "Make me." I say before walking back up to my room with Alaya following after.

"Y'all need to fuck already." Alaya laughs as she plops down on my bed, "Absolutely not, never gonna happen." I shake my head and open my bag of chips, "That would 100% be some good dick." she shrugs, taking a bite of her food. "Even if it is, he hates me; it would never happen." I say, "If you say so." she replies and lays back.

"Let's go to a party tonight." She suggests, "Alaya everytime I go to a party with you I get blackout drunk and just do so much stupid shit all night." I laugh, "Please, it'll be fun." She drags out the 'n' trying to convince me. "Where is it?" I give in and she smiles, "It's this guy Bryce's pool party, he's like famous and I somehow got invited. It's a party to kickoff the summer, everyones gonna be there." She explains and I sigh, "What time?" I ask her and she looks at her phone, "It's starts at 9, in like three hours." she says and I nod, "Okay, I'm gonna shower really quick and then we can start getting ready." I reply.

I don't know why but I give in to things so fast, it's so hard for me to say no to people because I feel bad. All I know is, I will not let myself drown again.

After I'm done in the shower, I go back to my room and find Alaya looking through my closet. "Lani you have to wear this, you would look so good." She shows me one of my swimsuits, of course the one that shows the most. "I probably won't even end up swimming." I state, "Oh you're gonna swim, I don't care if I have to buy little arm floaties for you." She laughs throwing the swimsuit over to me and I roll my eyes, "You can borrow anything you want from my closet if you don't have anything." I smile and start putting on the swimsuit.

When I put it on, it fits my body really nicely. The top pushes my boobs together a little and they look amazing, Alaya honestly has really good taste. "You look so good Lani." She says spinning me around, "Look at you!" I smile, she's wearing a really pretty bikini that matches her eyes; she looks amazing. We both decide to throw on a random pair of jean shorts and sneakers.

After we completely finish getting ready, there's about 30 minutes before the party starts. When we walk downstairs Vinnie, Reggie, and a few of his friends are all talking downstairs. They are all wearing swim shorts so I'm guessing they are going to the same party we are, great. "Are y'all going to Bryce's party also?" Jordan questions, "Yeah!" Alaya smiles excitedly, "Wanna ride with us?" he asks the both of us, I really don't want to but I really don't want to have to wait for an uber either. "Sure." Alaya says before I can say anything.
