PART FOUR

It's been about a week since I started staying at the Hacker's house. It's been okay, except for the whole Vinnie part. Anytime we talk to each other it's just us arguing or attempting to annoy each other. Reggie has been pretty nice, we stayed up together a few nights ago and just watched movies all night. My mom has yet to text or call which I'm not surprised about, nor do I really care. Pizza boy and I have been texting back and forth a lot but we haven't hung out yet since he's always busy with work.

I walk out of my room at the same time as Vinnie walks out of his, he just stares at me and pushes his way past me. "Asshole." I mumble under my breath as he walks in front of me. I walk past him and go to Reggie's room which he just so happens to be heading in the same direction of as well. I knock on the door and Vinnie stands behind me, leaning against the wall. Reggie opens the door and is confused to see the both of us together, I would have the same reaction to be honest.

"Hey, did I leave my hoodie in here the other night?" I ask referring to our little movie night. Vinnie looks at the both of us, mainly me with a disgusted look. "Are you hooking up with my fucking brother?" he furrows his eyebrows and both me and Reggies jaws drop. "What the hell are you talking about? We were watching movies together and I left my hoodie in here." I scoff. "Yeah, you gotta chill bro." Reggie shakes his head looking over to his older brother. Vinnie just crosses his arms and storms out of the room, fucking drama queen.

"Here's your hoodie." he awkwardly hands me my blue hoodie and I just nod, "Thanks." I say and leave his room. Vinnie can ruin the mood so fast it's unbelievable. I go back to my room and see that pizza boy texted me.

"Girl you're finally going out with someone since Christian, I'm so happy for you." My best friend cheers through the phone. "Ew, don't even bring up Christian, he was my biggest regret of all." I fake vomit. Christian is my ex that basically put me through hell. He cheated on me multiple times but always manipulated his way back into my life somehow. We dated for about two and a half years and I loved him but he broke my heart, luckily I'm way over him now. It still hurts to think about him sometimes but I try my best to shut those feelings down.

"Did you shave?" she asks, "Alaya, him and I are not gonna fuck; but yes." I laugh, "Stay prepared bae." she shrugs.

"What are you gonna wear?" she asks, "No clue, he told me to dress casual so Imma just put on something simple I guess." I explain and she nods, "Show me ideas." she demands and I walk over to my closet. "I was thinking this." I show her a lace white tank top, a grey zip up jacket, and a pair of lightwash ripped boyfriend jeans that sit perfectly on my hips. "That's cute, wear that and your jordans." She suggests and I nod, "Perfect." I smile and throw the outfit on.
