POV: Jin

Jin was grateful to be back home. He was ecstatic at their experience and felt he truly liked Y/N's family, but he felt more secure on their home turf. That she had made peace with her family... He knew she hadn't been lying when she'd said she would cut all ties if they couldn't accept their bond, but he'd also seen the pain in her eyes. Now she didn't have to make that sacrifice for them.

Sitting in their home, he thought about how Jimin and Taehyung had swept Y/N into the private room on the jet. He had tried not to laugh as he could tell Y/N was purposefully trying to be quiet. He would bet a million to one that Sejin had taken Jeny back with Min-hyuk and his partner to get them to wear noise canceling headphones if they weren't already. His boys hadn't been exactly subtle as to their intent. He'd had to distract himself so that he hadn't gone to observe their fun. He still worried that Y/N would panic with all of them around her again.

When they had finally fallen silent, he hadn't been able to resist checking in on them. His heart had pounded with delight to look at three of his angels sleeping there together. He ventured further into the room and found himself carefully straightening their discarded clothes. Before he left, he made sure they were snug under the covers in the cool air before snuggling next to Jungkook to snooze the rest of their trip away.

They had spent the day unpacking Y/N's things in her suite as well as settling back into their routines. Yoongi had gone to the Genius Lab to take care of some ideas that had been percolating. Namjoon had called Bang Si-hyuk to see if any business issues had come up and when they needed to come in for the meeting with the authorities. Jin had taken himself into the kitchen to assess their needs for the week before joining Y/N and the youngsters in playing games. He was hoping he could get Y/N to play some Switch games with him eventually.

As he walked into the room, he laughed to see Y/N firmly installed between Jungkook's legs. He noticed that Jungkook was holding her hands so he was technically helping her play, but he wasn't certain how effective either of them were. Thankfully, no one seemed to mind that they weren't very skilled together. He challenged the group to some Mario Kart and a number of hours were spent with playful competition and laughter.

After a couple of hours, Y/N was leaning against Jungkook again, completely asleep. Jin went to find Namjoon, who was peacefully reading on the balcony. When Jin leaned up against him, Namjoon looked at him. "What's up, hon?" Namjoon smiled at him.

Jin sighed and put his head on his soulmate's shoulder. "Joon, I'm worried about Y/N. She's sleeping again. Is something wrong? Do we need to take her to the doctor? What if something's wrong with the baby?"

Namjoon picked up his hand and placed a tender kiss on the back of it. "Don't panic," he said reassuringly. "I've been doing research. In the first trimester, it's to be expected. Her body will be going through so many changes. Many expectant mothers find themselves sleeping more than usual."

Jin looked up at him in surprise. "How did you...?"

"Jodi gave me this book before we left," he said simply. He lifted up a book and Jin squinted at it. He didn't know why he was surprised that it was in English.

"What kind of book is that?"

Namjoon smiled. "It's a pregnancy book... 'What to Expect When You're Expecting' is something I'd heard about before." He shook his head with a rueful smile. "I never thought I'd be reading this book. It's kind of exciting."

Jin looked at it closely before grimacing. "We're going to have to get Korean versions of that book."

"You mean you don't want to practice your English reading comprehension with it?" Jin grimaced at him and his soulmate laughed in delight. Namjoon smiled before kissing his forehead. "A translation of this or something like it. This tells a lot of the changes she may experience, but we're going to have to do a lot of research about our system here. It isn't the same as American obstetric systems."
