Truly, because of such talents, Many Factions would try to acquire him through force or coercion of some kind, because of that I can't allow Issei to be shown in the Supernatural World this early on, since his power is far too Enormous for anyone to Ignore it

So right now, before he wants to go to other parts of the Supernatural World on his own, I want him to be at least be in a level to where he would be able to fight beings that would be be able to destroy countries, but not to the point that beings such as Shiva would ever try to meet with him first 

Which is very obviously very hard, since to strike a perfect balance is very very hard, since such Faction Leaders would always try to meet Strong Individuals by themselves and recruit them to be apart of there Faction, the reason for this is too simple put a psychological effect on the person's mental state to force the person to join there faction, since the one running the show personally Invented the person to be apart of said faction 

Otto: ' Truly this is hard, but that's not all, from what I could tell from Issei's growth alone, in just a couple of months from now, both me and Kallen wouldn't have anything to teach him, which would just slow down his growth, by that time I would be forced to Introduced him to Scathach-Sama to teach him herself ' Otto thought back to his Former Teacher who could definitely brought Issei to his Fullest Potential the fastest 

Issei: " Uncle? Is there something that you want to talked about " Suddenly hearing his voice, I was brought out of my thoughts and saw that I was already in the Room and just a couple of steps away from Issei, who is looking at me with a curious expression on his face

Seeing this, I could only nod at him and then signaled him to follow me so that we would be able to seat by the walls of the training room so that we could talked 

Issei: " So what is it that you wanted to talked about Uncle? " 

Otto: " Hmm, It's about Bianka and her progressed recently " Hearing me said that, Issei gained a looked of realization for a brief moment and just nodded at my words, making me looked at him curiously and asked " Is there something you know Issei? " Hearing me, he just nodded at my words and then replied to me 

Issei: " Bianka is a very talented person in many different fields that she just doesn't know about, especially in Combat, with her Talents even matching mine.. But because of how far away mine and her respective power is, she is slowly doubting herself, making it so that her rise in power is slowing down despite it should be much faster with her desire of getting stronger being stronger than ever before " Hearing Issei's words, I couldn't helped but agree with his assessment, since that is the situation of Bianka days ago after all " But after my talked with her, I was sure that I was able to stopped that declined though " Oh~? So it was him that helped her huh? Good job Issei " But right now, I could say without a shred of doubt that she is Strong and Powerful.. But despite that, I felt that there is something holding her back " As expected of you Issei, for you to be able to realized all of this at your age is truly amazing

Otto: " What your say is true Issei. The reason for that would definitely be you Issei " Hearing my words, Issei then looked at me confused on my words

Issei: " Me? Why I'm holding her back? "

Otto: " Well for the reason, I wouldn't fault you for this, but It would be because of your excellence "

Issei: " Excellence? –!! Could it be that she thought that she wouldn't be able to beat me no matter how powerful she becomes? "

Otto: " Yes, it's as you say Issei, because of your Power and Perfect Technique and Skills, Bianka couldn't think less of you as being perfect and an Unattainable Goal to reached and surpassed, to Bianka, you are the Ideal of Humanity itself.. And the Ideal of Humanity cannot be reached by an ordinary Human "
