Part 6

When they were walking away from another group of people in business suits, she pulled Jennie's arm stopping her. She leaned toward Jennie. "Nini, I'm hungry..."

"Me too..." Rosie piped in.

Jennie just shook her head. "When are you three not hungry?"

"Hey, I didn't say anything!" Jisoo tried to defend herself but just at the same time there was a loud growl coming from her stomach.

The two younger girls just chuckled as they all turned towards Jennie begging silently with their doe eyes.

"We'll eat after we meet them.." She relented and led them back to another group or men and women wearing business attire.

"Yassss..." Rosie and Lisa pumped up their hands excitedly.

Half an hour later, at the entrance of the mansion, Niki stood with Minnie and Sorn by her side, gaping at the mansion, the luxury cars and the man in black suits with their earpiece roaming around the area. It seemed chaotic with the cars and lots of people moving about but if you looked closely, it's an organized chaos.

Her roommates keep on persuading her to go for Lisa's birthday party since she told them about what happened a few days ago. They already warned her that she may be on the member's bad side if she didn't accept Lisa's invitations. After pondering about it, she decided to just go. What's the harm in that?

As she showed her invitation cards to the suit guy standing in front of the mansion, they were let into the main hall area where they were faced with a big shiny staircase. On the side, there was a long table on each side pushed against the wall where you can see gift wrapped boxes and bags bearing a Celine, Channel, YSL and Dior logo. She looked down at her own plain brown paper bag which holds Lisa's gift.

Shit..I should have not brought anything at all. She thought of hiding her gift behind the potted plant at the corner when she heard Rosie's voice greeting her.

"Hey you are here!"

"Oh hi..yes yes I am..."

"This must be your roommates. Hello, I'm Rosie.." She continued on without stopping for breath.

Her roommates just gawked at the fair hair beauty before waving their hands awkwardly. She wanted to slap her forehead at her roommate's embarrassing actions. Or dig a hole big enough so they can all three fit inside and hide.

Rose just let out a small chuckle. "Come on, Lisa's at the back. Let me bring you guys to her."

They walked into another massive entrance door that opened up to a wide dining area where she could see Lisa standing in the middle talking with someone excitedly. As they walked near them, she realized it was Irene bae, a famous Korean idol.

Lisa was waving her arms around as she was explaining her stories while Irene kept giggling at it. Jennie though, she just stood beside Lisa with both arms hugging herself, a frown firmly on her face. Seems like Jennie's not impressed with Lisa's stories.

When Jennie's eyes found hers, she was surprised to see a slight relief passing through her eyes before it turned back into her famous glare.

"Lisayah..looks who finally made her appearance." Jennie said loudly before Rosie could introduce them, stopping Lisa mid conversation.

Lisa turned towards her and her face lit up. "Hey.. Hi ...Niki! You came!"

She just waved her hands in greetings. But before she could say anything Lisa came closer and hugged her. Now she was the one who felt awkward as Irene and Jennie both were now glaring at her instead.
