Chapter 34

"Okay, class dismissed," the professor finally says, and everyone walks out of class

I stand up and start walking out.

"Jisoo wa-" Jennie starts, but Irene interrupts her

"Hey, Jen. Let's go to our next class." Irene tells her, and I use that as my chance to leave.

I walk to my locker and begin switching some materials out. When I close it and I'm about to leave, someone gets in front of me, surprising me.

"Jisoo" Chaeng says, looking me in the eyes

I refrain from saying anything and I walk away from her. Soon, she's in front of me again.

"Let's talk," she says and grabs my wrist

She starts walking somewhere but I don't walk and she turns to look back at me. I grab her hand and remove it from my wrist.

"Oooh, did you see that?" I hear someone whisper

"Rosé just got rejected" I hear someone else mutter

"Serves her right for being such a bitch" another person says

I look at her eyes for a split second and I sense pain in them.

No Jisoo. Don't let it get to you.

I turn around and walk to class without a word.

Rosé P.O.V

Did that just happen? She's really ignoring me...

I ignore the pain and just follow Jisoo to class. When I get there, I walk up to my seat next to her, but someone sits there before I get the chance to sit.

"Irene...get out of my seat," I tell the brunette

"I'll pass. Go sit somewhere else" she replies

"I'm not playing with you anymore. I'm tired of this"

"Already? You have such little patience"

I clench my fist.

"C-Chaeyoung. Leave Irene alone" I hear my cousin tell me

"Seulgi? Why are you on her side?"

"I-I'm not. I just don't want you to fight" Seulgi stutters and gulps

I ignore her and look around for someone

"Has Lisa not attended class?" I ask no one in particular

"Not after she went after you." Irene answers and I sigh

Was hoping someone else would answer, but Seulgi didn't have that class and Jisoo is ignoring me.

I head to the back of the classroom and pick up a chair, I then place it beside Jisoo's desk. I sit on the chair and place my head down on Jisoo's desk so that I can face her. I see her gulp and she looks away. Seulgi and Irene look at me in disbelief.
