After School
I start walking home because Jennie said she had something to do after school and she couldn't take me home.
I wonder what she has to do...
I think of any events there is and I feel a hand touch my shoulder so I jump in shock. I look at who touched me and I see Chaeng.
"Yahhh~ You scared me" I whine and she rolls her eyes
"Don't whine like that. What are you? A baby?" She shakes her head
"Yes. I'm your baby" I joke around with aegyo while looking up at her

She glances at my lips and quickly looks back at my eyes with a gulp.
"Omo! You're blushing! Chaeyoung is blushing!" I shriek when I see red tint forming on her cheeks, and the tension dissipates.
"I'm not! Shut up before someone hears you" Chaeng glares at me
"Wae? Are you embarrassed?" I ask her in a mocking way
"Yes, because I'm next to an embarrassing person" she remarks
"An embarrassing person you love" I smirk
"Pfft, what?!" She laughs and gently pushes me.
I smile at her cuteness.
For a bully, she's quite gentle.
"Let me walk you home" I tell her and she stops laughing to look at me in confusion
"What? Why?" She asks
"I don't really have anything to do" I answer
"That's not a valid reason"
"Then what's a valid reason?"
"None. I don't want people to get the wrong idea of us"
"Us?" I ask and she rolls her eyes
"I don't want them thinking that, out of all people, I'm dating you" she says, emphasizing 'you' while pointing at me
"Ouch. Why not? I'm pretty sure they already think that" I jokingly tell her with a playful grin
"Ughhh, just go home idiot!" She yells and leaves
I chuckle and joyfully head home.

"Mom!! I'm home" I shout, once I'm inside my house and I walk to the kitchen.
My mom smiles when she sees me, "Why'd you get home so late. How was school?"
"I was walking. Today was...eventful" I answer and sit down on a chair near the dining table
"What happened? Jennie didn't come along with you again?" She asks and walks to the stove to get something.
