Saving Sophia

Juvie

Sophia was finally going to be out of Juvie since she had served the months required .
"Hugo come pick me up" Sophia said
Few minutes later Hugo arrived in a black convertible it didn't look like it used to ,which reminded Sophia of what her actions had led to

"Get in ,your brother doesn't want you home so I have decided to take you in" Hugo said to Sophia
Sophia understood she didn't blame him
It's all because of that stupid Mia" Sophia thought
"Try not to cause trouble because I won't clean up your mess I am not Carlos " Hugo said to Sophia

Sophia had always liked Hugo he gave off this reliable vibe that Sophia enjoyed , Sophia has had a crush on Hugo since she first saw him during a gang meeting when her parents were still alive
"Is Valentina still alive?" Sophia asked Hugo
"Yes she is and I would advise you don't call her " Hugo said
"Explains why she never called me in Juvie" Sophia said folding her arms

Hugo has a lot on his mind Valentina had requested for his help with gang matter the Moneroes were stirring up trouble apart from that there was bad blood among members of Valentinas gang and his gang.

Hugo didn't have the luxury of trying to make Sophia feel welcomed neither did he want to after all she had brought this on herself . Hugo didn't want Sophia to stay with him but he had to since Carlos had abandoned her and he couldn't help but feel bad for the poor girl .

It was for the best that she wasn't going to stay with Carlos since Mia blames Sophia for her friends death . Hugo couldn't blame Mia for that because Sophia had been the driving force

Hugo ran a frustrated hand through his hair . Hugo had remind himself several times to focus because his mind was everywhere . Hugo was a man with many problems and yet he keeps bringing more problems into his life take for example now he has the biggest problem in his car .

Hugo was too frustrated to talk to Sophia especially since he was disappointed in her . Hugo called Buckley on his phone scheduling a meeting with him concerning the gang strife

"Do you wanna talk about it?" Sophia said
" you should focus on cleaning up your act Sophia " Hugo said
The ride got more awkward . Hugo did not know how he would make things less awkward since he felt bad for shutting Sophia down but how could he not when all she does is cause trouble .

"I am sorry for raising my voice at you" Hugo said apologetically
"It's fine " Sophia said

Sophia knew she didn't have the luxury of getting angry since had no one else on her side and besides Hugo had always been the only person on her side . Sophia hummed to the song playing trying to get her mind off all the inevitables .

Sophia had always loved Hugo and so even if he was mean to her , she couldn't help but make excuses for him .
