"I.. I ditched you guys at grom." You say softly.
"What?" Gus says.
"Um.." you mumble.
"What happened was I was getting a drink by the snack bar, and Hunter pulled me out of the gym out of knowhere." You explain.
"He told me he was sorry about everything. And how he just really wanted to dance with me." You say.
"I... i lied saying I threw up. Because, we wanna keep our relationship secret, we don't want Luz, Willow, or Amity to know, and.. I didn't want you to know." You say.
"Y/n id never judge you for that." Gus says.
"Like who you wanna like." Gus beams.
"How are you not mad at me?" You say.
"At first I am, but I try putting myself in their perspective, try thinking how your thinking. So it'll make more sense." Gus says.
"But I understand how you would be nervous to tell us that you're with him." Gus says glancing at Hunter.
Hunter awkwardly looks away, scratching the back of his neck.
"He's.. he's not that much of a pain as you may think he is." You say.
Hunter rolls his eyes.
You grab Gus by the shoulders.
"Please. I'm begging you, don't tell our friends. Especially Luz and Amity, you know how much they hate him." You say.
"Ill be quiet, but if something has to be said I can't just lie." Gus says.
"I know. Thank you Gus" you say hugging him.
Gus hugs back, Hunters finger twitches.
"Are you good to go back home Gus?" Hunter says flatly.
The 2 of you break the hug, and Gus was about to open his mouth to say something but you interrupt.
"He can stay." You say looking at Hunter flat faced.
"I'm sure his mother and father are worried about him." Hunter raised an eyebrow.
You were about to open your mouth to say something else but Gus interrupts.
"Oh it's actually just my dad and me." Gus says.
"But yeah, he probably is worried, it's been hours." Gus says.
"Thanks for letting me stay a while and hang out with you y/n." Gus smiles.
"And thank you for saving the both of us. You probably don't like me that well but I appreciate you for being considerate towards me." Gus grins.
Hunter frowns embarrassedly.
"I'll see you guys!" Gus grins.
With that he shuts the door. And you glare at Hunter.
"What..?" He grumbles.
"You get jealous so easily, I can tell." You say.
"I'm not jealous, I'm just cautious, I just wanna make sure you're okay." Hunter says.
"I need to know you're okay at all times." Hunter says.
"Mmm." You nod, rolling your eyes.
"I don't wanna loose you like... did before." Hey says.
You frown.
"I'm right here. I know I was just put in danger, but you know what thank you, just this once thank you, I would have died if you weren't there to save me." You say.
