Before she met my dad and i was born, she was in multiple abusive relationships. because of it she turned to drugs and she never really stopped. two year ago when i was thirteen she went to rehab. it didn't help her, in fact it made her worse.
Sometimes she got a bit physically abusive but the most of it was emotional abuse. Dad used alcohol to cope and i, well i had my own ways to cope. neither of our ways were healthy but i guess mine was worse because everyone knew about dads way of coping, no one knew about mine...
