Martin's PoV

I grabbed my bag dashing out of the house with some toast in my mouth running to school. I had on the normal black slim jeans with a chain connecting my wallet and belt hook thing, a green tee-shirt, and black hoodie. My brown hair was a bit messy today, straight but messy from the rush.

I finished the last couple bites of my toast and started panting lightly picking up my pace seeing the medium sized high school, bushes lining up on the sides of the school, richly green trees scattered around the open grass around the school. It kind of looks like a park. I quickly ran on to school grounds and finally was able to walk panting heavily. Looking down at my phone I noticed how horrible at reading I was....

Mentally face palming I realized I had read the 7 as an 8. "Ugh! I'm so dumb!' I growled to myself and sighed walking to one of the farthest trees sitting down and leaning on the tree.

'Might as well relax', I thought to myself. Looking to the sky I saw how pretty all the blues looked blending together, along with the bright white/yellow sun, and the bits of clouds smeared across the sky. It was really nice out, kind of hot, but with a cool breeze.

Rustle

I jumped at the sound of something moving in the tree about me. I quickly looked up to see a bunch of leaves. Nothing but branches and leaves. I shrugged it off and leaned back relaxing. "Must've been a chipmunk..."

Egbert's PoV

It was a normal day. I walked to school early as hell as normal and climbed in to one of the far trees relaxing as I sat down on one of the branches. The feeling of the breeze and the warm rays of sun peaking through the leaves.

"Ugh! I'm so dumb!" I heard someone hiss at the world and looked to see my crush for the past three years. I grinned with a small blush and took out my phone snapping a quick picture of his frustrated face.... cute. He walked to the tree I was in and sat down with a sigh. He looked annoyed, but it looked cute. His brilliant blue eye's resembled the color of the sky at the moment....

I stumbled slightly as I was watching him making me almost fall out of the tree. I caught myself, but quickly dashed to the other side of the tree seeing I had made noise. I waited a moment and then heard a small voice, "must've been a chipmunk." I sighed with a grin of relief.

~time skip~

Martin had been asleep for about a good 30 minutes. I've been sitting in front of him for a while, just watching his cute expressions in his sleep. "Ugh, I'm such a stalker.~" I chuckled with a small blush smiling. I snapped another quick picture and quietly woke him up gently.

"H-hey.... W-wake up we're going in the building now..." I blushed as I shook him gently. Martin groaned slightly and woke stretching with a yawn. "Wha?" He looked at me with a questioning face examining me up and down. "S-sorry to wake you up, but... I... um.... we're going in the building.... And you would have been late..." I stumbled on my words blushing lightly. I saw a small blush appear on his face as he grinned to me in a friendly manner. "Thanks! You're real cool yah no. Well we should probably get going." He blushed slightly more as he got up waving for me to follow walking slowly.

Martin's PoV

I woke up to this extremely hot dude. I held my blush back a bunch and tried to act cool. He was really cute as well! The way he stuttered and blushed, but I don't even know him. Well we can start with a walk I guess. I grinned to myself and turned to the guy, "Thanks! You're real cool yah no! Well we should probably get going." I signaled him to follow as I walked slowly towards the building. He trotted up next to me with a bag hung loosely around his shoulder, his sweater was white with blue arms and hood, and grey slightly baggy pants. His curly black hair in his face and those green eyes... So amazing. (XD lets just say he never changed since highschool ria)

I blushed 50 shades of red as he waved his hand in front of my face getting my attention. "S-sorry >\\\\\\<" he simply smiled at me with the smallest blush. "Hey, it's alright~ :3 By the way I'm Egbert!" He cheered and grabbed my hand pulling me to the side of the building. I blushed a bit more and followed him saying, "H-hi Egbert..... I'm Martin ^\\\~\\\^' nice to meet you." He stopped and pushed me lightly against the wall. ".... Martin.... I like that name..." I could see the very visible blush on his face and my face was dieing from heat. He smirked seeing the face I had been hiding ever since I woke up to him. That's when I..... I kind of did something I didn't try.... My body moved on it's own.

"Ow! Wtf!?" He yelp before hitting the ground. My mind went blank as I realized I had punched him in the face. "ono....." I stood there frozen surprised at what I had just done. I felt bad, but he was leaning over me. I glanced at my clenched fist and then at his bloody nose. "I'm sorry?" I apologized to him but it sounded more like a question then a statement.

Before I new it he was dashing away and he quickly ran up a tree climbing it easily. I ran after him and stopped at the trunk of the tree. "I-I really am sorry...." I called up to him who was sitting on a branch using his sleeve to keep the blood from getting anywhere. I quickly grabbed my handkerchief from my bag and slowly climbed up the tree in fear. Not looking down I sat down on the branch with him and handed him the handkerchief more scared than embarrassed.

"Hey.... You alright?...." He looked at me worried. I had just noticed how badly I was shaking, as I looked at my hands that were clutching the branch that was far from the ground. Shaking my head vigorously I held on the the branch tighter as I saw the ground. Then suddenly..... Warmth? I didn't know what was happening but.... I felt safe. I moved my hands from the branch to (what I now know as) Egbert's back holding the fabric of his sweeter tightly. Before I knew it I was back on the ground being held by him.... So warm, and soft...

"Th-thanks..." I breathed out and I felt a small pressure on my head (A/N: that was a kiss on the head btw XD) and a small chuckle came from right above my head. "Of course...." I could hear the joy in his voice, all I could do was smile.

Ding Ding Ding!!!

The tarty bells rang and I gasped hearing them. Quickly pushing out of his arms I dashed to the building and called back to him, "We're gonna be late!!" He quickly caught up to me with ease and laughed. "We should hang out more.~ Tomorrow the same time you got here today?" I blushed running to my first hour class and stopped in front of the door. "H-how'd you know when I got here?" I panted lightly. "I'll tell you tomorrow.~" he smirked and ran off.

Blushing I walked in to the classroom nonchalantly. "Late again?" The teacher glared at me and pointed to the empty set.
