L- He's well known for playing the character Colonel Wilhem Klink.

W- I appear as Colonel Klink. Batman and Robin know who I am, which is very rare for a window cameo. They ask me what I am doing in Gotham City und I say I am looking for an underground agent.
D- Well, you never know who might show up.
W- That is what I tell Batman. The duo warn me not to get picked up because Chief O'Hara is tough with aliens incognito.
S- Hmm. Interesting. Of course, you wanted to be on Batman so you liked the compromise, huh?
