The sunsets with my dreams in
Its rays.
I tried to make a difference
To dance to a different tune
Listened to the rhythm
Counted the steps.
Tomorrow I will have it together
Tomorrow came and now it leaves
Leaving me behind.
Trapped in fate and time.
Some call it failing to get out
I call it circumstances
I wish they would change
I try to change the melody of life
Tune it to the sound I can live in
Can we all sing songs we love?
One can never say I haven't tried
So I danced to my own choreography
Only to watch hundreds of sunsets
Turn into years of the same.
Tonight I watch the sunset with
My dreams in its rays.
