Description: any damage dealt to him is undone immediately, as if he just said "no" to the damage. He can also just decide that something isn't going to happen, or make something cease to exist, merely by saying "No" to it. Quirks also do not effect him.

Pairing: TBD(I have decided to not add appearances anymore, as it is getting difficult to find usable images. If I already have an image that fits, I'll use it, but if it doesn't then I won't)
